Nice room, very clean and friendly staff.

Lovely room overlooking the sea, great for one night stay. A little confusing with check in location but lovely friendly staff when arrived. Only downside was limitation to pool open timea for guests, as no access after 4pm or before 10am. Would visit again for one night stay in future. Big breakfast and great value! Beautiful sun rises.

So, booked on a whim as a stop over an based on pictures of disability parking and accessibility. Let's get to the problem with the lift first. Initial issues soon solved - Didn't work, receptionist was also confused as to why. It was also a complicated system whereby you need a key to operate it given to you by the staff. First five minutes felt like a sketch from Fawlty Towers (she even said so herself). Once this was overcome I found the hotel rooms, corridors to be spotlessly clean and still looked fresh after COVID refurbishment. Room big enough for one person (if you want a seaview make sure you ask for an odd numbered one) and overlooked the swimming pool. I've given 4 stars because of the

After our experience I couldn't advice anyone to stay there. No air con in the room so windows had to be open and you then had to deal with the noise from outside. When you travel with a small child you expect them to be able to get to sleep before 10:30 pm. There wasn't a proper bath and the toilet was cracked

For the price, my room was spotless and the view was absolutely stunning! Basic but everything you need.

Immaculately clean, bright, modern, comfortable bedroom and bathroom, sea view. Pool times for guests would have been useful to know before arriving. Check in at 4pm and you can only swim till 5pm.

The room suited me perfectly as I’m disabled sea view beautiful and calming brillent only drawback was a very loud live band on the Tuesday night apart from that a lovely stay again and will come back next year .

Happy will all room was a little noisey at times that was the only downfall

Booked this last minute and very happy with the service and the room. Lovely location right on the sea. Room clean and pretty well equipped.

All very good, friendly and efficient. Only thing was that my fiancd and i bit disabled and because it was out of season and the builders had covered our blue badge spaces and we had to carry bags quite a way (for us) but going home a cleaning lady really helped us.

Arrived at the hotel and was struggling a little bit with finding the reception/bar.
Not many words was said by the receptionist.
Stayed at the hotel as I was working in the area. I am aware that it is Easter bank holidays, but I was not informed anything about that that might have an impact on my sleep. Tuesday evening/night there was a discotheque in the bar area. Right underneath my room. I gave up watching the television as I simply couldn’t hear what was said in the programs. Following morning getting ready to check out, the shower turned cold after a minute or two … Not a good experience

Absolutely amazing stay with yourselves, we will definitely be back!

We checked in at the bar, very easily. Unfortunately our room had the heavy, oily smell of raw marijuana this of course is not the fault of the hotel but the previous occupant. The whole hotel is super clean and the room was spotless. This problem was quickly solved when i mentioned it and we were given another room. The room was in very good order( there was a slight crack on the mirror), spotless and with good quality linen and super fluffy white towels. We had booked hoping to use the swimming pool which was supposed to be open 10 am till 5 pm as printed on hotel information but when we tried to swim at 3.43 pm we were told we only had 2 minutes to swim as they were closing. The annoying thing was that the swimming pool staff remained there until 4pm so surely they could have let us swim for 10 minutes? Apparently it was because it gets dark at 4.30 pm ??? We swam the following morning but the pool experience tge previous afternoon rather spoilt our stay.

Nice accommodation, reasonably priced compared to similar in area. Easy parking.

Beautiful setting. Really clean. Beds are really comfy, I cannot fault this place at all. One negative I suppose was the pool was only for holiday owners after 5pm and before 10am but I was only there for a night.

It was great. Can't fault it. Friendly staff. I didn't use any of the amenities as i only really slept there, i was visiting family.

Great sea view and location

What a pleasant little place this is, we stayed for a couple of nights while we explored the Norfolk Broads Wroxham,
Fifteen minutes from Great Yarmouth too.
