Rats in rooms
Pros:

Location is good enough for visiting center.

Cons:

The place has nothing common with the photos on booking. Dirty rooms, gray sheets and towels, teared pillows, shabby walls, mold in bathroom, broken furniture. If it's not enough for you - there are also rats in the hotel. We've stayed in two rooms and in both have found a rat.

Stay away of that place! Btw, booking.com won't help you, they haven't returned me money.

Acceptable for the price
Pros:

Good location in the old city, near public transport. Bed was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Old and tired, no amenities in the room, no cups glasses etc. shower head broken as well as the sink tap. No room service all week.

Stay was good but taxi company did not provide the taxi which is scam.

Only hotel room and staff.

Cons:

The Taxi was booked by Booking.com. The Company named Progo and they confirmed the booking. But when I reached at Sabiha Gocken Airport Istanbul there were no taxi. The Taxi driver ran and he didn't picked up us. We travel from Wales to Istanbul with 5yrs,8yrs and 10 yrs child. It is completely scam with my family. It was only attraction by booking.com that the airport taxi is free. We paid 2700TRL to another taxi company. The agent on airport by Progo said your taxi has been cancelled. We got mental stress. The hotel staff and condition is ok but we got twice issue on booking.com. We never trust on it again.

Cons:

Nas primeiras noites fiquei num quarto com fios elétricos à mostra, tv não funiconava, quarto minusculo sem sítio para arrumar a roupa, casa de banho com buracos na parede e silicone preto e sujo. Os quartos nãp têm qualquer insonorização, o barulho da rua as portas a abrir e fechar são uma constante, não se consegue descansar. Até que no quarto dia encontro baratas no quarto. Informei que iria sair do hotel, que abdicava do dinheiro e que iria informar o Booking. Fui Convencido a mudar para um quarto onde estive as restantes 3 noites, o quarto tinha melhores condições mas o barulho continuou a ser o mesmo.
