Очень не приятное место.
Cons:

Номер просто ужас. Кондиционер шумит, под окном едят машины до ночи и с утра.
Чайника нет, розетки сделаны так что не зарядить телефон. На TV работает один канал.
Ванна это унижение гостей! Как так можно? Грязная, вода ледяная, в трапе на полу - много чужих волос. Полотенце грязное.
Соседи ходят и разговаривают до ночи на этаже, так как будто они у тебя в комнате.
Очень не приятное место.

Rats in rooms
Pros:

Location is good enough for visiting center.

Cons:

The place has nothing common with the photos on booking. Dirty rooms, gray sheets and towels, teared pillows, shabby walls, mold in bathroom, broken furniture. If it's not enough for you - there are also rats in the hotel. We've stayed in two rooms and in both have found a rat.

Stay away of that place! Btw, booking.com won't help you, they haven't returned me money.
