-Super freundliches, schnelles Service Personal beim Buffet und Restaurant
-Selbstgemachter Kaffee von der Barista Maschine beim Buffet
-Qualität (Pizza) beim Restaurant sehr gut

Cons:

-Shuttle Service hätte mehr Fahrzeiten anbieten können und war preislich hoch (5€ pro Person und pro Route); da kann man direkt ein Taxi nehmen
-Lage abseits und Spaziergänge aufgrund der befahrenen Straßen kaum möglich
-Kein Kinderbereich/ Spielbereich für Kleinkinder; man merkt, dass der Fokus auf Business Events etc. ist (2 Events haben während unseres 1-wöchigen Aufenthaltes direkt im Hotel stattgefunden)

Best option if you don't mind staying outside the city centre
Pros:

Rich and delicious buffet breakfast, cozy environment, green surroundings, polite and discreet staff, clean room

Cons:

Gym could be better equipped. A basic spa package (e.g. use of sauna, indoors pool) should be free for the guests of the hotel.

Great hotel! Excellent facilities
Pros:

Lovely hotel, modern and very well decorated indoors and outdoors. Very airy and inviting indoor lounge areas opening out into quite an expansive and relaxing outdoor space with a pool and lots of greenery to add to the sense of calm.

The staff were all excellent and very attentive, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. We were made to feel very welcome.

The food in the restaurant was great! We especially enjoyed breakfast which exceeded our expectations with the variety of excellent cooked and continental options to meet everyone's needs, including the option to order to your table. Great choices at dinner also. Very tasty menu! We stayed in both nights as the food was definitely worth it and very affordable.

The facilities were also great although we ended up not accessing the spa, gym and pool due to a packed schedule. More time is definitely needed to make the most of the hotel which would be great in the summer and worth a return visit.

Cons:

A car is highly recommended to reduce the cost of taxis, as the location is approximately 20 minutes from the centre or longer depending on traffic.

We were upgraded to a twin room with double beds and a balcony which unfortunately overlooked the car park. The room space was also significantly reduced by the double beds. However, we appreciated the comfort of the bigger twin beds although the room size was smaller than we expected. We were also surprised that basically items like bathrobes and slippers were not provided, although there was a drinks fridge and some nibbles which were not free of course.

Очень масштабный отель,но это не помешало быть индивидуальным,очень приветливый персонал,все на позитиве,завтраки топ,можно заказать индивидуально омлет,если честно приходится часто менять отели по разным городам и странам но этот даже заставил меня остаться еще на один день,и даже тут пошли на встречу без всяких лишних вопросов по типу Вам надо поменять номера,выселиться в 11 заселиться в 14.00 но нет просто продлили хоть и была полная загрузка,Рим,погода,отель,приветливые люди как-то пазл 🧩 сложился,парковка тоже очень удобная,с собачкой пожалуйста,ресторан пожалуйста,бар тоже с барменом в хорошем настроении,короче рекомендую Вам понравится,Спасибо 🤝

I will definitely come back. incredible staff, excellent location, bed and very good value for money

breakfast excellent, staff very friendly and superprofessional. excellent bed and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

the room temperature was difficult to regulate. When I entered it was too warm (23.5). I switched it off, but it was still warm so I had to open the window but then during the night was a bit noisy (I was lodged on the parking side). perhaps a system to enable fresh air even during the winter as an option to avoid having to open the window?

Nice hotel, but remember to book the spa

Nice structure, large and clean rooms, friendly staff

Cons:

The room is supposed to have a “vista mozzafiato” (amazing view) on the park but it’s far from it. Perhaps another side has nicer views of the park so only some rooms should be advertised in this way. Plus, OK to pay a surcharge to use the spa, but you need to book it in advance and this is not advertised as far as I know. We were not able to use it on Sunday because it was fully booked.. This is also misleading for clients.
