Me encantó todo, el único problema que tuvimos fue, que pedimos un servicio de habitaciones y al día siguiente no vino nadie a recoger la bandeja.
Wunderbar, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber & Dad Service Personal sehr zuvorkommend & freundlich. Ich fand es auch klasse dass es ein Shuttle Service täglich in die Stadt gab.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
im Zusammenhang mit meiner Hotelbuchung möchte ich hiermit formell Beanstandung erheben. Bei der Buchung des Hotels wurde der Gesamtpreis ausdrücklich „inklusive Steuern und Abgaben“ ausgewiesen. Ein zusätzlicher Betrag in Höhe von 150 EUR war weder im Buchungsvorgang ersichtlich noch separat aufgeführt. Auf Grundlage dieser klaren Preisangabe habe ich die Buchung verbindlich abgeschlossen. Erst vor Ort im Hotel wurde ich überraschend aufgefordert, zusätzlich 150 EUR zu bezahlen, mit der Begründung, es handle sich um sogenannte Stadtsteuern. Diese nachträgliche Forderung kam für mich völlig unerwartet und stand im klaren Widerspruch zu den Buchungsangaben, wonach sämtliche Steuern bereits im Preis enthalten seien. Eine nachträgliche Erhebung zusätzlicher Kosten, die bei der Buchung weder transparent ausgewiesen noch klar vorbehalten wurden, ist nicht akzeptabel und verstösst gegen das Prinzip der Preiswahrheit und Preisklarheit. Als Kunde durfte und musste ich davon ausgehen, dass der bestätigte Buchungspreis abschliessend ist. Ich ersuche Sie daher höflich, aber bestimmt, um Rückerstattung des zusätzlich verlangten und bezahlten Betrags von 150 EUR. Sollte ich innert angemessener Frist keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten, behalte ich mir vor, weitere Schritte zu prüfen.

Hotel was very clean, the food was amazing (I drank here the best cappuccino ever), very nice staff. The massage we had there was incredible. Overall a pleasant experience
A few things that I didn’t like/expected. The hotel is in a very isolated area. To get to town, you can either take the hotel shuttle bus (extra pay) or a taxi. Also, if there are noisy guests, you will hear them very clear in your room and will probably wake you up. Another thing is the spa facilities, which we especially book this hotel for. You need to pay extra for that and also you need to book access to spa (pool and jacuzzi area) in advance because only a few people can enter (we didn’t have a chance to use it in our 3 days stay). But we managed to book a massage which was fantastic!
Hotel meraviglioso con personale gentilissimo, stupenda spa, dotato di tutti i confort e colazione eccellente!!! Appena posso scappo lì per una fuga all'insegna del relax!
