Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, localização excepcional, dá para fazer todo o centro histórico a pé e até o Vaticano que está a uns 20 minutos de caminhadal. Os restaurantes do hotel são excelentes, café da manhã variado, com qualidade e em um ambiente muito agradável, no roof top. Ótima qualidade de sono, equipe simpática e profissional com destaque para recepção e restaurantes, muito boa! Tudo bom, recomendo!

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, non lontano dalla metro e in pieno centro.
Mi è particolarmente piaciuta la location della colazione, che abbiamo gradito in terrazza.
Una menzione va fatta anche della pulizia della camera e e della cortesia del personale.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location, we walked to most of the main attractions. It is very clean and elegant. Breakfast is the same everyday and it is expensive.

Verilemeyen hizmete göre çok çok pahalı.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Bellboylar ve temizlikçiler gayet kibar ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Konaklamamın 2.gününde tuvalette bir adet böcek vardı ve bunu resepsiyona bildirdim. Başka bir odayla değiştirmeyi teklif ettim fakat bana çıkışı farklı olan adeta yan binada gibi bir yer teklif ettiler o yüzden kabul etmedim. Malesef o odada kaldım yalnızca temizlik yaptılar. Böcek fotoğrafını ekledim.

Ayrıca benden çıkarken 2 kere şehir vergisi kesmişler. Birinde kabul etmedi dedi diğer kartımı verdim sonrasında gelen bildirimde ikisinin de ödendiğini gördüm.

Hayal kırıklığı. Memnun olunacak bir yer değil. Otel yönetimi cimri, kurnaz ve gerçekten müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemiyor.

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t get replenished quickly leaving you without items for some time. No kettle or iron in room which is a standard item these days. Felt very cramped. Needed more healthy items for breakfast

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel although next time I would be requesting a larger room.
Pros:

We had a very small breakfast on our last day and it was very enjoyable. The stuff are always so incredible and it's nice to be on a rooftop location. I wish that it had been clear in the beginning that we were not obligated to buy the buffet.

Cons:

I would have enjoyed the room even more if it had been larger. I was confused about the lack of a lot towel rack. Some extra bottles of complimentary water would have been nice. Our cab driver got lost so maybe letting us know it's in a charming but difficult to navigate neighborhood could have helped.
