Pros:

The location is excellent! Breakfast substantial with plenty of options. Rooms are small but well set out with heritage detail.

Cons:

Unfortunately the welcome was less than satisfactory with a female staff member being short and rude. It was an absolutely unfriendly beginning. This is my fourth time staying at this property and it’s previously been fine. On check out the same staff member was blunt and rude.

excelente la ubicación a media cuadra de Vía del Corso y muy cerca de Piazza del Poppolo, el desayuno muy bueno, cómoda la habitación. El personal muy amable y servicial, salvo el caso ocurrido en el restaurante, que incluyo como opinión negativa del lugar.

Cons:

Fuimos a cenar al restaurante que está en la terraza. Nos ofrecieron un plato que habían preparado ese día, que era pasta con trufas y nunca nos dijeron el precio, que era el doble del de los platos de pasta de la carta. Pagamos una fortuna por lo que nos sirvieron, y no se hicieron cargo en absoluto, pese a haberlo hablado de nuestra parte. Muy mala la actitud frente al huésped. Por supuesto, nunca más subimos a cenar allí, y hemos llegado a pagar la mitad de lo que nos cobraron ese día por mejores platos en restaurantes muy bien ranqueados a dos cuadras de allí.
