Pros:

Geräumige Wohnung. Gemütliche Betten. Nützliche Geräte vorhanden, Wäschespinne, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Dunstabzug in der Toilette kaputt. Der Heizkörper in der Dusche ist auf Maximum eingestellt und festgeschraubt. Er muss also 24/7 auf voller Leistung heizen. Man kann nicht Energie sparen.
Pfanne in der Küche unbrauchbar. Keine Teekanne oder ähnliches vorhanden.

Nicht zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Das Fenster bzw Balkontür war defekt und ging nicht richtig zu sprich sie war die ganze Zeit ein Spalt offen

Der Fernseher ging nicht und man hatte nur eine unbequeme Variante falls der Fernseher funktioniert hätte, es gab nämlich keine Couch sondern nur 3 Barhocker die dauerhaft gequietscht haben.

Das Bad war solide und okay.
Der Boden in allen Räumen ließ auch zu wünschen übrig genauso wie der große Fleck der in der Küche auf der Arbeitsfläche war.

Wir hatten 2 Balkons die mit allen anderen verbunden waren, außerdem sah unser Balkon auf der Seite nach vorn ein wenig wüst aus.

Der Türschlüssel von uns hing vor der Tür also da hätte jeder x beliebige vorher schon rein gehen können.

Die Wände waren auch so dünn das man dauerhaft alles gehört hat und man dachte das sie direkt neben einem stehen.

Das Wochenende war schön, wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Apartment war gut, die Betten auch, alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht.
Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und man muss Sonntag früh nach dem Frühstück keinen Stress machen wegen der Abreise.

Cons:

Parkplatzproblem war am Wochenende schwierig, aber ist baulich dort nicht zu ändern.

Gute Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Der Kontakt und das späte Check in war sehr gut. Das Familienzimmer war modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Von der Autobahn gut zu erreichen und ausreichend Parkplätze auch in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Cons:

Uns hat eine klassische Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster gefehlt. Jedoch gab es mit entsprechenden Kapseln eine nespresso Maschine.

Bien para una noche
Pros:

Está bien para una noche. No vimos al dueño aunque se comunicó con nosotros todo el rato y no hubo problema para acceder.

Pros:

L' arrivée s'est faite facilement, il nous a suffit de sonner et l' équipe vous ouvre la porte du bâtiment. Les clefs vous attendent sur la porte. Les logements sont grands et propres. La cuisine est très bien équipée et quelques articles de bain sont disponibles dans la salle de douche. Pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur est présent (malheureusement le nôtre était en panne mais c'est un détail). Bonne localisation car très proche du musée Porsche que nous venions visiter.

Cons:

La table est un peu petite pour y manger à 3 et une petite table basse serait un plus.
