Pésima experiencia

Nada, pésima experiencia

Cons:

Llegando nos salió una araña de rincón al abrir la cama. Sin hacer mayor problema y sin haber reclamado nada habíamos junto a mi pareja no hacer ningún reclamo, pero luego ocurrió lo del baño, al colgar una toalla en el tendedero de la cortina, esta se vino a bajo y no había como arreglarla. Decidimos ir a reclamar para ver si se podía hacer algo, hablamos con el administrador del momento, nos ofreció otra habitación y una tabla de comida con bebestible por de cortesía por todo lo ocurrido, de la cual no estábamos seguros de acceder pero lo hicimos. Antes de cambiarnos de pieza decidimos ir al restaurante del hotel, apenas llegamos nos pedimos un jugo y para colmo venía vencido. Pensábamos que era broma, hablamos nuevamente con el administrador, les dijimos que nos íbamos a ir, no tomamos el jugo ni esperamos a la tabla finalmente. El administrador me pidió mis datos bancarios, ya que, según él la dueña era la única que podía ver la opción de la devolución del dinero. Máximo estuvimos 3 o 2 horas en el hotel y encuentro vergonzoso que ya habiendo pasado 1 mes sigo esperando el llamado de la dueña o la devolución del dinero.
Mi recomendación es que NO VAYAN.
Les adjunté fotos de la araña, el baño y el jugo vencido.

Cons:

Hubo problemas con mi desayuno celíaco, pero rápidamente lo pudieron solucionar. Se entiende que puede haber desconocimiento, pero decir que un pan es sin gluten cuando no lo es, es muy grave para una persona con enfermedad celíaca.

Pros:

El desayuno mucho mejor que las otras veces que he ido! Mucha más variedad, solo que no preparan la mesa, uno debe poner hasta los cubiertos, nadie preguntó por alguna opción especial, pero en general me gustó mucho más esta vez!
