Would Definitely Stay Here Again!
Pros:

We stayed here while visiting Bannerman Castle, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice! We booked one of the apartment-style suites, and it was spacious, spotless, and perfect for a family. It had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with dishes and cookware, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was quiet and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool, barbecue grills, and seating—it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
Breakfast was better than expected, with hot items, fresh waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, coffee, and juice. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the Hudson Valley. Highly recommended!

Probably will go somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Nothing really. Pool needs to be clean.

Cons:

The employee checking us in was not helpful. He thought people not having their reservation show up in the system was a joke. Some other stuff I won’t even mention here.

I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone
Pros:

The room overall was a nice size

Cons:

We got there and two guests in front of us were having issues with their check in and the host was just laughing instead of being compassionate of the situation he kept saying it was not the hotels' fault.
We get to our room and I am traveling with my husband and my two teenage boys who will be sleeping in the sofa bed, I go get the sofa bed ready it has no sheets, blankets or pillows, I try to call the front desk the phone in the room does not work.
I have to go to the front desk, where I am informed that I have to get everything at the front desk, not sure why the stuff was just not given to me when I checked in.
He does not give me pillows for the boys as he says that they are out of pillows, it's a hotel how can you be out of pillows?
He tells me to check the next day.
He tells me he is going to put an order to get the phone fix.
I checked out yesterday, my boys never got their pillows, the phone was never fixed, I was told that every time I needed something garbage bags, towels, paper toilet, ect, I had to go get it at the front desk.
How is it that I am paying for a room and the services, but I have to go get the things that I need.
When I asked about when they would be cleaning the room, I was told that they only clean once when we check out, which that is not acceptable.
Also, when putting our clothes away, there were clothes that I am assuming that belong to the guest before us, which makes me wonder was the room even cleaned before we checked in.
Yea, I will not stay there ever again.

Very clean, quiet, very nice staff
Pros:

We lost our room at another hotel (don’t ask VERY UNHAPPY about that) . Tried 5 other hotels in area before finally finding this hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. Yes the rooms were simple. We were on second floor so very quiet. Rooms were clean. We got a good nights sleep. Jay at front desk was always very nice and did a great job. Thank you for helping our family out. Would recommend this hotel.

Very large room, clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we entered the room - at about 11 pm - there was a large, noisy machine for purifying air that gave us a vibe of Chernobyl. A staff person came to take it but wasn't very communicative. There was a strange smell in the room and they had no other room to offer. If wasn't for that, the hotel was great. We booked a room for 3, yet had to ask for extra sheets and a blanket for the third person (a sleeping toddler).

Pros:

Very spacious and clean. I was very shocked at the layout and comfort

Cons:

The rooms upstairs and downstairs the privacy. The outside patio. They kept talking about grills, I didn't see any but it was still nice there anyway. I wish my partner and I had more time there, we were not in a good place personally but the stay did make the night comfortable. We stayed one of the 2 nights we originally wanted.
