Reserved 3rd party, at check-in I didn't have to ask for my Marriott Bonvoy points to be added, the front desk clerk searched my name and applied my member number to the reservation. That showed initiative. All the staff were polite and accommodating. Full kitchen, every cooking gadget & utensil you can think of. Clean, quiet, and convenient.
paying extra for parking
Very spacious and easy to maneuver around with and without a wheelchair.
Couch and desk chair was not very comfortable. No equipment was available for the fireplace. Door was jamming.
Breakfast options were good and had a nice variety of options.
Easy, friendly, lovely room with everything I needed.
I would love a courtesy shuttle since the Airport is so close by.
Like it had a wood burning fireplace.
The 250 dollar deposit on the room. And the fact that I was charged 15 bucks for them to clean the fireplace since I used it .
It is fine to stay for a week, our room was facing the major street of West Valley Hwy, very noise traffic in the early morning. Breakfast is fine, only weekend serves extra gravy with rice. Housekeeping every other days. River is next to the hotel, leeves was broke out after we checked out, no clue if any impact or flood into the hotel.
7-eleven is few steps next to the hotel. Hotel is 4 miles to SeaTac Airport, but no shuttle van to or from the hotel.
The employees were friendly and efficient.
Traffic noise disrupting sleep.
Heating vent directing airflow across the bed.
No nightlite.
Shower over tub, a horrible configuration for an 81 year old!
The shower head was fixed at height.
Prefer a handheld for the lower regions.
Mix valve keeps drifting to higher temps.
Light shines in from outside across top of front door.
I stayed here from March 2025 until Dec 2025. My stay was amazing! The staff was the best part of the entire stay! They made you feel welcomed and treated you like family. If you have the chance to say hello to Abdul please do. He will bend over backwards for you. Thank you to the staff and the long term guests who made this a great work contract.

If you want the front desk to answer any of your calls, stay here! The customer service is terrible, I will never stay here again!
If you have pets, be prepared to pay an unexpected $100 non refundable fee per pet no matter if you stay one day or multiple.
It’s not your typical residence inn rather and upgrade version of Days Inn. So if you are getting it for cheaper rate it’s a good place but if you are being asked pay much higher then may be find a better place. Place is quite and has 7/11 right in front of it so good to grab things of you need it. Staff is generally not happy and always give you an impression as if they are frustrated with their job. Getting in an out is easier. I am going with 3 because I cannot give 4, it’s somewhere in the middle.
You could tell the rooms were tired and overly used. The room I stayed had a slight cigarette smell and kind of musty smell as well. It was mostly clean. Found a couple things on the floor including dead spiders. Seemed maybe the room we stayed in had not been used for awhile.
Was spacious and the bed wasn’t horrible. I’ve read the place wasn’t quiet but there was no loud noises outside our room.

Clean rooms with plenty of space. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast options were great and eating area was spacious. Would stay here again.
Super convenient. Close to SeaTac airport, shopping, and light rail station.
