Pros:

São várias casas com 2 andares e ático. Há uma suíte embaixo junto com a sala/cozinha e uma suite no ático (espaço aberto, sem portas).
Bem confortável, pudemos cozinhar e aroveitar bem o espaço. Há vagas de estacionamento.em torno das casas, mas é cobrado 28 dolares por noite.
Equipe bastante atenciosa. Há disponível chá/cafe/agua na recepção, e um pequeno mercadinho para urgencias.
Para os padrões americanos, o café da manhã até que é bom, varia a cada dia.
Há uma target ao lado, e diversas lojas proximas de carro (15min até wallmart por exemplo).
É uma região agradável, a 40min de carro da disney anaheim e 40min da universal

Cons:

Gostei muito do hotel, apenas bom ressaltar que fica a uns 40min de carro de hollywood.
E a área da piscina fica ao lado da recepção, bem pequena.

The nicest stay in LA
Pros:

Perfectly situated if you wanna visit L.A.'s (in my opinion) most beautiful quarter - Manhattan Beach. Super cozy apartments, nice and clean. Spectacular breakfast and very friendly staff, a special thank to Mercedes who was super helpful with us and our little toddler girl. Thanks!

Very good neighborhood
Pros:

Location was perfect. Near restaurants, a Target and CVC was within walking distance. Restaurants and malls were all within a 10 minute car ride away. Room was big and had a full kitchen. The townhouse style layout gave it a homey feel. Breakfast was more than ample and had a variety of choices over a span of a few days.

Home away from home
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very safe and upscale neighborhood. You will feel safe walking around the area at night. The lobby is spacious and very clean, makes you feel like it’s home away from home. The rooms are big for the price. The full kitchen, microwave, stove cooking utensils round off the home feeling. The rooms are elegant and feel new. They smell good too. The pathways leading to the rooms are clean and well maintained. Added bonus the free breakfast is very generous in terms of choices and selection. Target is just beside it, there are at least 25 restaurants within a 15 mile radius. They will hold your suitcase for the day in case you arrive early for the checkin or in case you have to checkout late and your flight is much later.
