Schöne Einrichtung/ Garten, aber sonst nicht praktisch/ gastfreundlich
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber. Man bekam jeden Tag neues Wasser. Am Anfang kriegt man einen schönen Guide mit Restaurants etc. über Antalya geschickt, den gibt es auch im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer war extrem klein, man konnte nicht mal zwei Koffer gleichzeitig öffnen. Das Housekeeping während des Aufenthalts war nicht nach normalen Standards, Duschtücher, welche gebraucht waren wurden umgehängt, sodass man nicht mehr wusste wem welches ist. Das Bett wurde halb patzig „schön“ gemacht, Kissen etc waren aber noch zerknittert, Pyjamas wurden irgendwo im Zimmer hingelegt, sodass man sie suchen musste. Die Klima funktioniert nur an besonders heissen Tagen, dass Zimmer wurde trotzdem extrem heiss, wenn man die Fenster öffnet ist es draussen extrem laut, da direkt neben dem Hotel eine Karaokebar ist und man wird von unzähligen Mücken zerstochen, schlafen ist somit schwierig. Als wir gefragt habe ob sie was machen könnten dagegen war die Antwort nein. An der Rezeption gibt es eine freundliche Dame, die andere ist extrem unmotiviert und nicht gastfreundlich. An einem Tag gab es über mehrere Stunden im Restaurant unter dem Hotel/ in der Hotelanlage einen Kindergeburtstag der über mehrere Stunden extrem laut war und man konnte die Anlage kaum nutzen, eine Info darüber, dass es laut wird wäre das mindeste gewesen.

A fabulous stay - highly recommend.

Pros:

Everything wonderful. The WiFi password is 'natureintown'. I'd say this password really matches the environment. And the position is great also. I could see Hadrian's Gate in the window.

Один из моих самых любимых отелей. Останавливалась в нем несколько раз, в разных номерах. Всегда очень чисто, максимум комфорта и внимания, есть всё что нужно, а главное ощущение статуса. 100% стоит своей цены. Завтрак очень рекомендую, это достойно, качественно, сытно.

Best hotel in Antalya
Pros:

It is much better in person than in pictures. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I have stayed at many hotels, but the design of the rooms and the entire property made me feel so warm and excited. I wanted to stay indoors and not even go anywhere.

The location is perfect. Everything nearby. I will definitely come again, only to spend time in the hotel. The beds are nice. We all slept well.
