Необычная уютная атмосфера, в номерах всё было чистое, номер в очень хорошем состоянии.
Шумно ночью, сложно с парковкой автомобиля, еда не включена, а ресторан внизу дороговат.
The warm hospitality , garden and atmosphere. Staff is friendly & helpful.
We made mistake we booked room that was too small for our family . Toilet size is also smaller than expected. So just make sure you check in detail about the room & bathroom size if you are picky on this.
The lightings of the room need to be improved, for us its too gloomy .

Gorgeous setting. Reception area is so lovely and gives you a taste of the whole experience. The garden is spectacular and we wish we had stayed a couple of nights in order to take advantage of this amazing space. Will book here in the future.

The location is exceptional as are all the staff. It felt like a true oasis in the city. The password for the WiFi is very apt :)

Location was top class. Staff were very helpful. Located just meters from Hadrian's gate, but once you step off the busy thoroughfare into the hotel, you find yourself in a beautiful, quiet garden. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was set just off the garden, where we were offered a complimentary cup of tea after a long day.
We booked late, got a good rate but found the room downstairs awkwardly close to reception although it was very quiet.

Excellent Hotel, location right next to Hardrian's gate in the old town with a beautiful garden and restaurant with terrace. The style and decor throughout was wonderful but also everything was practical too. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
No problems at all, I can't think of any fault or anything they could have done better.

The price is too high and it’s not value for money at all. There are cheaper better hotels available at better locations
Location. Allowed for early check-in after first saying it would be 10€ an hour
Air conditioning broken in first room. Moved our own bags to a second room which the TV and connections didn't work. The aesthetic of the second room was of 'gothic, medieval' which was pretty brutal. Room also had odor which we didn't disclose since we were moved again to the room next door due to the lack of TV and connectivity. We moved our own bags again. The third room wasn't the same rate we paid for, as it was a downgrade from the Romance Suite, and no tub. We took it because we had no choice.
We were not given anything to reconcile any of that and should have at the very least been given refund for the rate difference and two hour ordeal just to get comfortable after three room changes.
Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Die Lage innerhalb der Altstadt ist perfekt, wie eine ruhige Oase. Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich toll. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl.
Nächstes Mal würde ich nicht das Gartenzimmer nehmen, das war etwas laut. Das Frühstück ist mit einem Getränk und 1 Speisenauswahl zu knapp bemessen. Davon wird man nicht satt und man muss mehr bestellen und damit wird es zu teuer. Da stimmt dann das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht
