Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

For Prestigious Events (Acara Utama), a Heritage Fee charge of RM2 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.
This will be collect upon Check-in.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Room are big But not realy clean

Cons:

When i asked for extra pillow. Theh said need to be paid rm 10 just for rent. Quite expensive.
The breakfast buffet to simple.
The environment at lobby to gloomy.

Dekat dengan tempat yang nak berurusan dkt dgn jeti so kalau lambat pon tak terkejar2 sangat..

Cons:

Tolong perbaiki pintu bilik (susah betul nak bukak sampaikan kena tukar bilik lain) then staff yang diberi arahan untuk tolong tgokkan pintu that time agak tidak mesra dan macam layu je tak bersemangat. Etika layan tetamu takde. Boleh bersandar kepala dekat dinding sebelah pintu sambil tgok husb try nak bukak(staff tu bukak okay. Sampai dkt husb nak bukak kemain susah). Then terpaksa tukar bilik lain.. lepastu shower punya penyangkut ke apa tah dh longgar which is dah patah. But tu bukan masalah besar pon.. cuma dari segi layanan staff yg tolong kita org tu macam tak bersemangat. Lagi satu aircond tu.. nak kecikkan pon gak boleh nak besarkan pin tak boleh. Tak tahu macam mana nak adjust suhu dia. Dah penat belek2 remote control last2 husb kata biar je lah… kalau sejuk tutup je suis..

Perfect Location with Value for Money and Comes with Massive Room Size along with Good Breakfast!
Pros:

Location was perfect, friendliness of staff with easy check in process. Most importantly the room size was massive. Breakfast was a bonus although shouldn't complain with the food was served as it was good and value for money. Swimming pool was clean and massive too. Overall, was happy with my stay with group of cousins.

Cons:

Nothing to my thought actually, everything was well for the money you paid!

Pros:

The breakfast was decent and the pool was big enough. Few beds by the pool would have been nice but that's not an issue. The wifi was painfully slow - maybe unlucky me but all in all good hotel for the price point

Вид на море, на горы. Рядом много магазинов и кафе (в пешей доступности), тут же есть заправка и парковка (для тех, кто на транспорте). В номере чисто, кулер с горячей и холодной водой на этаже. Хороший бюджетный вариант.

Cons:

нет полотенца для ног и рук - было всего два полотенца для 2х человек. Сантехнику надо было обновить несколько лет назад - краны подтекают, поэтому в ванной постоянная лужа. Ковровое покрытие в коридоре уже попахивает. Иногда пробегают тараканчики (на 7м этаже!).

Так же учитывайте 11 ринггит в сутки налог - 1 ринггит - налог отеля. Остальное - government tax.

A little outdated but a great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was great. It was very clean. We did not see any evidence of anything unhygienic. The staff were pleasant. The bedroom was very large. There was a great king bed. Although, the mattress was old and springy. The shower was very hot with decent pressure. The swimming pool was a good temperature and great size. A sun lounger would be nice; hard to stay for a long time when it is only tables and chairs. The hotel was also very quiet. I would definitely return.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated but that wasn't a problem. The issues are minor. The price reflects this and it is still a good quality hotel. The breakfast is basic; essentially it was just nasi lamak for 20RM.
