Pros:

The front desk personnel were very helpful. In particular, Melissa was very helpful.

Cons:

Cloths washing machines were out of order. Your website shows that breakfast is available every day, but it was only available Saturday and Sunday.

Pros:

Comfortable, large suite but really better suited to someone staying multiple nights or weeks. Full size fridge and carafe coffee maker. You stock your items and can cook meals in. I was passing though and missed not having coffee as I had not brought any with me.

Also a tip of the hat to the manager. She handled my check in problem in an exemplary manner.

Cons:

The shower water was just barely warm. This may have been due to the cold snap. Also the shower tap was loose. I did let the office person know when I checked out.

Pros:

This was the perfect location for me. The unit itself floor plan was well set up.
Parking was awesome right in front of the unit. Which is a huge plus for me as I’m on oxygen.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. Dog poop on the cover of the couch. Staff did bring new covers and some items. Requested more dishes, towels, utensils as it was not stocked as it should’ve been. Outlet in the living room needs to be replaced. Request requested the first day, but not done. I extended my stay, for some reason, the hotel could not see it, although Booking.com confirmed it. I was told that I had to leave and was locked out of my room by supervisor Larry at front desk. When I got to the office supervisor, Jennifer unlocked my room worked with us until I renewed my stay here till the 2/7/26, due to the fact, there were no other rooms available switch to. Moving my belongings, would’ve been quite a hardship on me. I’m on oxygen. Times are hard due to snow storm. Microwave blew up not replaced.
