The suite was great especially with the kitchen and full fridge.

No long review you don't have to take my word! Go waste your money if you want to . Don't say you wasn't warned!!! This place was an embarrassment for us who live here hosting our family reunion .We would never have had our family stay in such filth!!! They will charge 90 dollars for a dollar tree bath towel! I could go on and on!!ect,ect!! My frigerater had a big F YOU carved in Frigerater . I have pic's. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sonesta west location West Chester Ohio address 11689chester rd. I booked 15 rooms for my family reunion as they were traveling in from out of town. I spoke with Malisa who advised me that everything would begood. She checked the rooms. The rooms will be good and ready for my get for my family as they arrive upon arrival, I have family members about Betty mold in their own TVs not working AC units not working no clean towels rooms being left completely dirty upon check-in now with it beingso late I didn’t have time to be able to move our 15 rooms to another hotel as in the month of July. It is very hard to find a hotel to fit that many people and our goal was to stick together fast-forward to the morning, where my little cousin ate molded muffin. My cousin had a molded bagel and my other cousin received molded bread this place is one of the nastiest places I ever been to your better off sleeping outside.

Imagine sitting talking to your family and praying together and have someone to come tell you to stop and go to your rooms. Then imagine the same person the last night of your stay with your only tell you to leave then call the police to report a lie saying he had 52 unruly people outside?. Question is what makes elders, teachers, veterans,nurses,etc people talking and saying goodbye into next year unruly? Could it be the skin we in? Yes I believe so. Please be safe going to this business. They have no heart.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is not being properly maintained.

The room keys didn’t work, which made check-in frustrating from the start. When we finally got into the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor and the room felt extremely humid. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The shower head was filthy, the bathtub was dirty, the sofa was stained and dirty, and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, there were derogatory comments written on the refrigerator.

The staff only added to the negative experience. Their attitude toward our family during our family reunion time was especially disappointing. They were unfriendly, dismissive, and came across as aggressive. When we raised concerns, they showed little interest in helping or making the situation right. We left feeling unwelcome and completely dissatisfied.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Based on my experience, the property is in serious need of better management, improved cleaning standards, and customer service training. I would never stay here again.

It was AWFUL.. I have NEVER been a hotel with such disgust. You all need to close the doors and retrain your staff. We had lots going on . No clean towels, dirty appliances, ANTS , beds not freshened, trash not picked up. I can go on and on. Just a whole mess. I will NEVER recommend your place.

My family and I stayed at the Sonesta West location here in Cincinnati (Sharonville) area for our annual family union. We chose this area because of the home like feel and the patio area. We were very disappointed to find most of the rooms to be dirty, broken appliances, non working televisions, mold on the ceiling that we personally stayed in, etc. I do not typically write bad reviews however I feel the obligation to do so in this case. If you are planning a large group stay this is not the location you would want to pick. Upon signing into the room we had to sign paperwork with lots of rules IE: no congregating in other rooms. The patio closes at 8pm nightly so if you have a group engagement you will not be able to do anything after this time. We request our money back but was denied by the owner. If you are homeless and need a place to stay then maybe try this place, otherwise I implore you to bypass and stay somewhere else. Adding photos collectively from our family experience.

On our second stay the lady at front desk was wonderful she was very friendly

Little apartment style place, close to highway. Staff was pleasant. The neighbors were nice.
Place seemed soundproof, couldn't hear through walls. Pool was great.
