The stay was nice , no trouble and very homie feeling
Pros:

I like the space and how much security was there was with different codes , i felt safe and the price was great and good location was the best on music row just mins from station inn ,

Cons:

I think you all need fake green grass on every floor for pets to use and of course the owners to clean up , having to ride elevator to garage then find a place for my pet to use bathroom was a little much

Cold and utterly disappointed
Pros:

The size is the room was fantastic.

Cons:

We had to fold towels and shove then into the huge gap under the front door to keep the cold air out. It's February and the place is cold and covered in snow. They did not de-ice the parking lot. Where we had to park was a huge ice rink. We had to put our truck in 4 wheel drive just to get in or out. My biggest complaint was the hot water went out. My son took a shower first but when I got in and started washing my hair, no hot water! It's the middle of winter and I had to rinse my self with ice water. My husband couldn't even clean up. It was after midnight but I still called the front desk to let them know my issue. The man was very nice in conversation saying we could be moved to another room if we wished and that the maintenance guy has already gone home but would come to our room mid morning. It was after midnight and i didn't want to move my family so I politely declined. While at breakfast, he came and said it was fixed so my husband got to shower. The cold water happened again. Breakfast was very disappointing. It had been open for an hour when we went over and hardly anything was offered. Most was empty and not empty because of people, empty and clean. Hardly anything had been put out yet. Once we finished our oatmeal and was leaving, then this woman came and started filling everything up. This whole experience has just been disappointing. I payed over $160 for this? Never again.

Mostly disappointing
Pros:

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large. Breakfast was very good on Sunday, and okay on Monday. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

VERY poorly kept grounds. Flowers were dying, grass was quite tall. It was cut the first evening we were there but huge clumps of cut grass were left all over and were still there when we checked out after two days. Nothing was trimmed or edged. Old cigarette butts were all over. Some were in piles on the stone and appeared to have been there a while.
In the room, there were dirty fingerprints all over the refrigerator, crumbs in the utensil drawer, and a single pubic hair in the bathroom sink. Several nickel-sized gouges had not been repaired in the drywall over the bed farthest from the door. The room had a very stale odor.

We would stay again if something woul control the noise after 11pm

B+ Like staying in a small apartment.
Pros:

I liked having the suite with the kitchen. The proximity to Lexington is very good. The little market is a great idea, but having a Casey's next door (two of them) is even better. I didn't hear much noise from other patrons.

Cons:

I didn't like having to climb stairs with luggage. I felt something was off about the stairs in my room leading to the top bedroom and bathroom, as well as the landing at the top of the stairs. Some of the dishes and silverware were a bit dirty, so we washed everything before and after using it.

Comfortable and convenient with a plentiful, tasty breakfast.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable although I wasn't expecting one of the rooms to be a loft; however, it was quiet in the loft. The double bedroom apartment style room was spacious.
The breakfast was well prepared and plentiful and there was an excellent Japanese restaurant just a 3-minute walk from the hotel where there are dozens and dozens of options for dinner,

Cons:

The hotel neon sign was not lit, so it took us several attempts to find the hotel; perhaps that can be fixed in the future for finding the hotel at night.

Breakfast is good, Staff is great, maintenance needs a little work.

I wanted to give them a 3.5.

The suite was ok. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is very nice. The breakfast was awesome. They do a nice job on breakfast. The coffee is good.

I posted pictures of the things that need to be fixed for the price you pay for the room.

The carpet had gum stuck in it by the door. (No pic). The access panel in the closet is in BAD shape and maintenance knows better. I can’t believe I am the only one saying anything about it. (See pic). The cabinets had visible dust on them. (See pic)

Would I stay here again? Yes. It is a very convenient location. They just need a maintenance supervisor and a housing supervisor to do “spot checks” to ensure cleanliness and aesthetics.
