Dirty. We had to bug bomb it before staying the night. Smelled funky. Police are there all the time.

There was nothing to like when I showed up there were no rooms available
My day was confirmed with a pin and when I got there I was told I couldn't check in because they were no rooms available
The privacy. The room was huge. Full sized fridge and stove. Absolutely the best hotel in town for the money.
There should be soft drinks and snacks. But there’s a. Gas station right next door.
Friendly
The rooms were extremely dirty. No blankets, pillows, towels, and no toilet paper. I had to go purchase these to stay. I did not have the means to check out and go to another hotel. The sink was backed up and food came out of the drain. It’s evident the floors were never swept after last customer. The bathroom was horrid. I had a I clean before I used the toilet. Also was supposed to be a handicap room. No way to maneuver to the bathroom with a wheelchair or walker.
When I addressed all this
And more and check out, the clerk just said they had a lazy housekeeper. I took a video of the room and will be sending to Wyndham!
Location
Dirty ness cock roaches
The room was massive with an upstairs loft area. The bed was comfy.
Upon arrival, after I already paid the guy at the counter said he didn’t have any double available. He said he was going to move me to a “pent house” and it was the worst thing ever. The room was disgusting. The carpets were wore almost all the way through. I seen a cockroach the morning we were leaving. The room felt like it had been used for d*** use before so I was afraid to touch anything. I sat my child down in the middle of the bed on his blanket from home and told to not walk on the floor barefoot it was so bad. I went down to ask for towels twice and both times I was told they did not have any because they had been given out, the manager said he was going to the store to buy some in the morning so when I got back that evening, still nothing.
They do not have breakfast. Not even a coffee pot. They also don’t have a pool that works. It’s there but doesn’t get filled. Not germane in winter, but they laughed when I asked if the pool is available in warmer months. It is not.
We fumigated the room and left for three hours. When we returned, the room was odor-free, which was not the case when we arrived. We mopped the floors, cleaned the sinks, tub and countertops, stripped the beds and laundered all bedding and pillows (went to laundromat while room was being fumigated), emptied all cupboards and fridge of left-behind food, filled and ran the dishwasher, wiped down fridge and cupboard shelves, cleaned toaster, microwave, went shopping to restock fridge and cupboards, then spread rock salt around the exterior steps and sidewalks between our room and our car.
We planned to stay for at least a month, and did so. Once cleaned, the room was fine. Comfy bed, good water pressure, good tv, plenty of storage, comfy couch and chairs. Appliances all work well.
After the initial few hours of cleaning and prepping the room, I am pleased.
At $53/night for at least a month, I’m saving lots of money. Well worth the initial effort.
They could have breakfast as advertised.
No linen or towel service.
They don’t clean your room during your stay.
Sloppy looking staff.
The lady who checked me in I liked her.
I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t any clean linens I had to wash up with a pillow case..as well as dry off, the bedding was stained and dirty as if smbdy had alrdy been in the room, the room had roaches in kitchen on walls as well as in bathroom and or bathroom vanity n coming out of the furnace closet, the curtains wasn’t up to window right for privacy, the whole place needs to be shut down bombed for roaches and or bed bugs & fleas, there was no covering for the air conditioning unit on the wall there was black mold on walls n bathroom looked like the maintenance guy was on drugs he kept knocking at my door trying to enter rushing my checkout time in which was 12noon room 323 was the worst experience ever I will never come back to that hell hole again I’m not use to roaches
They showed me to two rooms the first one I couldn’t even get into. The second one was gross. Then walking back to the lobby I slipped and fell on ice and messed my finger up and my nose and I had to go to the emergency room.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager hung up on me.
It was great...everything
Everything
The beddings were dirty, mattress was very dirty and had stains bed covers had blood stains, it was horrible stay the floor was dirty and filthy. The staff did not keep there promise when asked to clean and the doors kept not opening.
I did not like anything .
The gentleman at the front desk was kind and friendly.
No towels
No trash can
The smell was atrocious
Blood stain in the bathroom
Mouse poop on the bed
Mold on the mattress
Woke up to screaming and police officers responding to a domestic.
No breakfast not that I would want to eat anything from that place.
We actually slept with the sliding door open so that we could try to breath clean air.
I had to dispute the security deposit wich was almost as much as the one night room to get that returned.
Tv didn't work
We were afraid to touch the carpet with bare feet
I asked if I could get "clean" towels since we had none in the room. I was giving two and told that they were clean just had a few stains
Just the location.
The place was a dump.
