Spiders , worn down rooms bathrooms were not cleaned when I checked in. They tried two rooms both were unacceptable and the front desk really could care less and showed no sense of wanting to make it right. Do not stay there under any circumstances

Checkin took a while because the front desk person was helping someone on the phone. We added a day to our stay due to bad weather and he was confused about how to handle that since we reserved it on line. I had given my card info to them, then they wanted us to contact our on line source , then they didn't process the payment for the extra day so check out became clustered because the clerk tried to charge us a second time for the entire stay. Usually we just leave the key card in the room but it's a good thing I went in because who knows how much we would have been charged. The facility itself was clean but could have been supplied better with basic silverware. The beds were comfy and with the snow, they salted the walks and stairs.
I will visit again every one was nice and pleasant,,,almost like family..I enjoyed my stay
My stay was great! The billing is why I am dissatisfied. I booked through hotels.com and was charged for the room in full. A holding fee was placed on my account which was fine but when it was time to checkout that’s when the problem began. For some reason I was being charged again for the room
I paid for in full with hotels .com. Issue not resolved and was given a card and told Manager doesn’t return until the next week.
I had to be in the area for a corporate meeting, and I’ve stayed here before and the price was right
The only good thing I can say is that the bed was clean and the door locked properly

The room is so dated that there are no USB plugs to charge your phone on
The carpeting is dingy and the room needs to be painted
I was shocked to find out that they were going to charge me a $12 parking fee
This is just another hidden way to increase the price of the room and very offensive
I will say that the area was quiet at night, so that was another positive
Went to the lobby in the morning to get some coffee
Coffee dispenser was empty so they brought a new container out
I brought a cup of it back with me to the room and it was so bad I could not finish it and I am not a coffee snob
I will not stay here again as there are too many similarly priced hotels in the area that do a much better job

I had to clean the bathroom myself, and room service only came on my third day at 5 PM to ask if I needed anything. There was a time when Marriott was considered top-tier, but now I feel it's necessary to read reviews before booking."
Being woke up to fiGHTING and screaming from upstairs. The building was old and not to the standards. Lobby was dated and they were extended stay guest. Had I had known I would have not booked.Also loud music being played early in the AM
Property is not updated, and not kept up to high standards, not as clean lot of dust and areas not as clean. I had to clean some areas like toilet near floor had stains, had to clean table top in kitchen very sticky.
Nice rooms for the price. The kitchenette is nice for long term stays.
Staff was excellent an accommodating
There was no plates, silverware, cooking pans or anything to cook with. That’s why I get a room with a kitchen to cook. Found dried dog poop under the couch as I moved the couch to find my slipper poop was so dry and crumpled up. Very nasty
The kitchenette was cool. Super clean full-size fridge and all. That's it. The hightop chairs had scratches in the backs of them. The couch had white stains. THAT BATHROOM WAS TERRIBLE! Mildew in the shower. Chipped paint on the tub that could be mistaken for mildew. Hair on the floor. Hair in the sink. ONE face towel in the room. I was too tired to complain to front desk. The day i had was terrible. It was unfair for me to check into a room like that. Never returning.
I called the office to complain and the person there was with bad attitude I left with out getting my refund after one hours being there I could not stand the smell and there was spider in the shower and I have photos how moldy the place was
Our room was in disrepair and a family's members took was only slightly better. Heavily stained furniture and carpet, including the pull out bed mattress. Room had the odor of a pee accident that was cleaned but needs cleaned again. Very few dishes provided (a set of 2 or 4 is standard for an Inn). The staff were lovely and attentive. I wish they worked for management that kept the hotel in better shape. It needs some major updating.
Not terrible. Acceptably clean. But we booked for three guests and there were no sheets or blanket supplied for the sofa bed. Had to ask. Also the shower knob malfunctioned and we were unable to turn the temperature down, then it got stuck on! Not worth the money i paid for the room.
