The hotel’s properties are full of stories, such the impressive Japanese Garden and exceptional Rose Garden. The restaurants are very good. The location is good, but the hotel is quite isolated in the top of a hill

A dream! The New Otani Tokyo The Main Hotel is absolutely fantastic. A Japanese garden in the heart of Tokyo. Excellent service. Very central location with several subway and commuter lines within walking distance. Delicious breakfast with a view on the great city of Tokyo or on the Japanese garden with waterfalls. The pool is large, with restaurant, very attentive lifeguards and luxurious changing rooms. We were simply enchanted.

The hotel is full of Japanese culture and is authentically welcoming. The staff, service and rooms are excellent.
The pool area needs updated and was shut during our stay temporarily but the gardens made up for this.

I liked the location, the station near the hotel is a very central one yet, when yoi get back to the hotel the privacy and silent you have there is exceptional, the view from the rooms is also great!
The breakfast and the laundry service were too pricy
