The direct bus to Narita (for an additional fee).

Cons:

This is not a five-star hotel: its hallways stink of mold, the rooms have an air-conditioning device that we can't feel, they boast about an indoor pool and charge 6,000 yen for entry, they skimp on the breakfast menu and charge astronomical prices in the evening. Don't go anywhere near it!
