Hotel was shut down for construction.

Cons:

They charged my card a week before our arrival and even sent a welcome message a couple of days later, so we had every reason to believe our reservation was confirmed and the hotel was operating normally. Imagine our shock when we arrived at 10:00 PM to find the hotel completely closed and surrounded by fencing due to ongoing reconstruction. To make matters worse, by that time of night, most nearby hotels were fully booked, leaving us scrambling to find a place to stay after a long day of travel. The lack of communication and consideration for guests was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

When we stay at a hotel the first thing we do as we come into a room is notice the smell please make sure the room smell

Was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely incredible.

Cons:

The room smelled like wet dog we had to go to Walmart and purchase carpet spray and air freshener.
