Sleep was good breakfast was not.
Pros:

Front desk lady was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was so minimal. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express but it was fully booked. Breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express is full of very good choices and plentiful

Cons:

I made a reservation through booking.com two days prior to my stay pay for it in advance when I arrive to the hotel on the day that I reserved it for I was told that they didn’t have a reservation for me and there was no supervisor on premises at the time to assist me and the person that was helping me was totally rude so the customer service at the Hampton Inn was terrible.👎👎👎
