Very nice overall!
Pros:

The location was superb! Right beside Little Tokyo and walking distance to the museums, etc.

Cons:

Nothing really, just minor incidents — the toilet broke so we had to change rooms although they upgraded us to a garden view. In the new room however the safety deposit initially didn’t worked but they also fixed it.
