It was in a good location
Nothing
The garden was very pretty and it was nice to be close to Little Tokyo.
The room was decently clean, but the bathroom was slightly dirty, the fridge wasn’t cleared, and the door to the bathroom doesn’t close properly at times.
The lobby.
Nothing.
I ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent
Not enough staff at front desk for people checking in
I love the room.
I didn’t like the parking lot
You have to make sure your car is not too tall. Or you have to pay valet parking for 58 or more. Nobody tells you about that..
Personel not friendly
Le staff était très gentil et l’emplacement très bien près du métro
La chambre avait besoin de rénovation la l’hôtel en général a besoin d’une beauté
It was very clean!
I chose the hotel because it was close to the venue that I needed to go to. (Echoplex)
I also chose the hotel because I didn’t want to take the chance of getting bedbugs.
Hands down the best part of the property was the staff very friendly, especially the ladies at the front desk, who were very friendly and made jubilee that they really cared about your stay there and wanted to make it enjoyable for you!
The restaurant on property closes too early and there’s really no place to eat around there at night.
I wanted to purchase three of the pillows from the hotel new and they didn’t have any in stock, which was a bummer.
A little commissary had a nice variety of foods and drinks, while the restaurant was closed, but the prices were just incredibly gouged. (EXAMPLE: $13.00 for a small TV dinner/$15 for a tiny salad)
There were dirty windows in my room. (Outside)
The bathrooms are very small and hard to maneuver in. You really have to open and close the door to be able to get behind it to go to the bathtub or shower.
There were some safety concerns during the night hearing loud what sounded like explosions or gunshots which ended up having me call, please to check it out. But that’s really not something that is the fault of the hotel.
All staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was clean and very comfortable. Location was convenient for Union Station train arrival and departures.
タオルが余裕をもって多くあったのでよかったです。
ダウンタウンなのか、夜中も結構うるさかったです。
