There is a big sign that explains the "pool" rules but these rules seem to not be for everyone. Indians seem to be able to get in the pool fully clothed for some strange reason, which is not very hygenic.

On the main road
Booked poolside room, got upstairs with 1 sq meter of pool visible. Restaurant was dirty, staff were unhelpful. Broken toaster. Not given a menu. The table was dirty, not set with glasses or cutlery.
I visited 6 years ago and gone down hill fast
Spacious room and big terrace , well located . Amazing food in the evening , lovely staff especially Rajan and Sujan a big shout out to both for great service and just being lovely people
Cleaning of room left a little to be desired . Breakfast would be nice to have an urn if hot water and hot milk for coffee
I always rate a property based on what I would expect for the price and for the price this was a superb hotel in Goa. The bed was very big with a lovely thick soft mattress . The room had a fridge and 2 bottles of water were provided every day . There were free toiletries in the bathroom with the room cleaned every day.
The hotel uses a voucher code for the wifi and we had to phone reception for these when they should have been given to us at check in. Also they forgot to leave towels after cleaning.
The bathroom could do with a bit of a refub as it is a bit grotty in parts.
Also as a UK resident I cannot get access to Tata Satellite stations so I was disappointed that Netflix was not available as indicated on the booking.com website.
I thought the property is sea facing...but it wasn't.
The overall experience is not so satisfying as it has disappointed us by not alloting a room with balcony. The room service was poor. The toiletries..eg body shower provided was very poor.,the towels were not of good quality.

Swimming pool is too small
The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly. I am 85 years old and my friend is 90 years old. We enjoyed our stay very much.
No parking at the property…had to park on the road
