The first time my husband liked the hotel
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was so yummy. The staff friendly. Easy to check in and out

Cons:

So busy. Food ran out numerous time I went to get something. My husband was able to eat. Parking cost. One night we couldn't even park. Toilet didnt flush well. Water sitting in the bottom of tub.

Pros:

PARKING Fee ?? There are miles of parking lots around this hotel .. it is not in a busy area, and this is not disclosed on the website before booking.. only that there is an “ arena fee” for around $3 .. Parking fee is $15.00 per day, plus tax.. what a joke!!!!!! Hotel is getting run down and rooms are minimally clean at best, carpet in rooms looks worn and dirty

Poor at best
Pros:

This has been the worst Homewood suits that I have ever stayed at. It’s been a full week and have had no room service, the kitchenette sink drains very slow even with the garbage disposal/ incinerator running, the bathroom sink and shower are not much better. The bathroom sink and shower drainn is not much better
I did ask for a maintenance check on the garbage disposal and it surely does not work any better than it does.
$15 parking fee on top of everything else.
