Nothing
There was hair on the beds, and the room was not cleaned at all. There was dirt on the sofa, carpet, and bathroom floor.

Mold on pull out bed and blood
The location and the staffs
I had no dislike towards this property
The room was big and clean .
Water pressure could have been better and paying $15 a night for parking
Everything
Paying for parking
It was clean and peaceful.
My TV didn't work in the bedroom.
Friendly staff
Room was cold no wall mirror for near sighted people
The room and suite were spacious and close to the airport.
After a long drive we came up to the front desk, and the worker saw us and chose to answer an incoming call while we waited. The phone call turned into the guest arguing with the worker at the desk while the worker explained something repeatedly. We kept waiting, while another guest ended up having some challenges with getting back into a room which took the second worker who appeared. We were just standing there waiting for our turn. When the first worker finally did help us, he didn't have friendly manners even though we were cheerful. By the time we were shuffled off to the side to work finish the check in process on our phone, there was a line, so we had to wait again to ask about the parking charge. We were not aware of this charge ahead of time. When we got to the room the thermostat was set to 61 degrees and we reached out via text to learn where it was located. I had to take a hot bath to get warm again-which normally would be great but it was time I could have been sleeping to prep for our early flight. The hotel alarm clock was set to 3 AM-an hour before we had to wake. This kind of sleep disruption was exactly what I was trying to avoid by staying in a hotel, rather than with friends. While I don't lay blame on the hotel staff for setting the alarm, it is the hotel staff's responsibility to check and reset alarms so that traveling guests don't have this kind of experience. For some, a sleep disruption is no big deal, but for my sensitive health, this was a main motivator in spending on the room. All in all it was overpriced for an overall negative experience. We wouldn't go to a Hilton again.

Cleanliness
Having to pay to park
We were able to check in early (for a small fee), and the room was beautiful. It was the perfect size for two people and was very clean and comfortable. Located within 30 minutes of most attractions in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel!
A waffle maker for breakfast would have been nice.
