Very warm welcome from Jamie and his colleagues at reception. Lovely room and breakfast was very good with a very efficient staff member called Denise

My husband and I attended The Normandy Hotel on Christmas Day for our Christmas dinner and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was festive and welcoming, and the staff worked incredibly hard throughout the day.

Special mention to Linzi, the Food and Beverage Manager, who ensured everyone was attended to as quickly as possible despite the pressures of the day. Lewis and Louise on the bar were fantastic, keeping spirits high with festive smiles and friendly conversation while customers queued for drinks. A big shout-out to the serving staff for their positive and friendly attitude, and as always, Ben provided a warm and welcoming service with a smile.

The meal was well presented and enjoyable, with the only small disappointment being the lack of Yorkshire puddings. Overall, a very enjoyable way to spend Christmas Day and we would happily return.

Spent Christmas Day here, booked so late that we could only book for the function suite, which considering was to meet Santa etc, but was a fantastic day.

Staff looked after us well. Linzi looked after us fantastically, food was really good , good atmosphere, quick service. Queues built up a bit later on for food as everyone waited to go at same time, but having being in and settled we had plenty of time to choose the starters, eat them and join a very small queue, so it’s about being wise rather than wait till everyone else goes up!

Was good hotel good breakfast and amazing staff and clean rooms, took a bit to get used to planes going over the hotel but soon forgot they existed

The Normandy is perfectly located, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The room were as you would expect, the TV is huge for a standard room, the one downside was the shower temperature, could be a lot hotter. But all and all we would happily stay again.

We attended the Hogmanay gala ball and stayed overnight ,we have stayed before to attend a tribute night event and it was as expected, very well run , great service, food was excellent ,the entertainment fantastic and just a really excellent experience ,breakfast was very busy and there were obvious hiccups: no tables a available ,one coffee machine out of order but a couple more staff member keeping everything topped up would have solved that .

Haven’t been for a few years and wow what a great surprise, the decor beautiful, the rooms bit small but what a transformation beautiful all the staff were great very helpful and friendly, food was good the lay out in the hall was also a lot better than the last time we went . We had a booking for 8 of us and everyone of us had a great time so yes we will be back . Also bar prices good considering it’s a hotel 😃

What a rip off. Tickets for this function were £85 and the food was a complete insult. The function was 7.30 for 8.00 and the meal was served cold at 9.45 and was awful. There were coffee cups on the table but no one actually got a coffee or tea? This hotel is advertising a high end product and delivering gruel, they should be investigated by trading standards for miss selling.

A group of 22 of us went for the Xmas party night with 20 of the group staying overnight. We had an absolute ball from start to finish. The party night was super, great fun, everyone commenting on how fab it was. I haven’t stayed for a few years and was pleasantly surprised by the makeover the hotel has had. The rooms are lovely and the place looks much more up to date. Food was lovely, the extra snacks later in the evening were perfect and breakfast was first class!! We will definitely be back!!

We had our works night out and we stayed overnight the room was clean and tidy just what we needed, the food at the party night was good quality and tasty everyone had a really good night most went home and we stayed overnight had a good sleep then a great breakfast in the morning all the staff were very pleasant and helpful it was a very pleasant stay.

We always stay here when we fly from Glasgow , great shuttle service to and from the airport very friendly drivers and helpful. The Restaurant and bar are very good and the rooms very clean and spacious thankyou for our stay

We had a wonderful time at the bar with Santa little helper Emma at the lounge bar. Warm welcome with festive fun.

Excellent hotel attended a Christmas party event which was really well organised & highly entertaining. Catering & bar staff were excellent

6 of us came to the Christmas festive disco. The rooms were lovely although a little better lighting would've been good. Beds were comfy and the room was spotless. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board were supplied. The disco was very good. We danced all night. The soup was a bit cold and under cooked but the rest of the meal was good. Breakfast was nice but had to wait around for things to be topped up. All in all we had a great time. The staff were lovely.

Staff pleasant, check in quick, 18 of us booked for the Abba tribute night. Some had rooms already refurbished which were beautiful, some rooms were still to be refurbished but were clean and had everything needed. Breakfast had a variety of choices and checking out was straight forward to. All in all a good time had by all. Resident DJ Chris was great, Abba great, food served quickly. Thanks Normandy we will be back. X

Reception staff were really friendly and room was nice and clean with confortable bed. Hotel upgrades over the years have made a big difference. Breakfast room is nice but was quite messy I felt but lots of choice. Party night was great as always

My first visit for a Christmas event and I would definitely attend again. Staff really friendly. The event was well organised. Our room was comfortable and the Breakfast buffet was of good quality with a wide choice. Decor was great too. Bar prices as expected.

I took my wife/partner to the hotel from Friday 28/11, to Monday 01/12 for her birthday on 29/11. We had a tremendous time, Friday the band SPLASH, Saturday Radio Clyde's CASSIE. Sunday Amateur Boxing, added to this the resident DJ CHRIS who was again superb.
To all the staff a huge thank you, very polite & helpful. Special mention to barman Callum who informed me about the Argyle Stones & the Inchinnan Bridge history.
The stones actually at the edge of the car park ( been many times never new they were there. thanks Callum ).
We always try to recommend the hotel to friends.
