Bad good!
Pros:

Pros nice staff. Great location w shops across street. Cons low class hotel. Restaurant is terrible, served me soup w plastic spoon and when I asked for a real one they only had small spoon a ,no soup spoon.

Hamburger was a premade frozen party. Food overall terrible. And they charge for parking even diamond members.

Pros:

No buffet during the week, even after paying extra for breakfast they still except gratuity thats not included in the extra fee you paid for already during the week.

This is my preferred place to stay for work. I will return!
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable and modern. Parking was easy.

Cons:

A/C unit was loud. The beverages offered in the store were not stocked well when I arrived but I did arrive late.

The hotel was very convenient to all locations in Concord as well ss the highway.
Staff were friendly and available. Breakfast was lovely and so nicely presented, with both hot and cold options.
Ice cold water bottles were available for free, an unexpected and lovely perk.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The shower was to die for: Roomy. The faucet on wall across from shower head so you did not have to get wet and cold to turn it on. The water was hot no matter the hour, and the pulsating shower head was pure pleasure.

Cons:

Not one thing.

Pros:

Location was perfect for shopping and dining in the area. Hotel was very clean and well maintained

Cons:

paying for parking while staying at the hotel. I can see paying if you are not staying at the hotel but with the prices now for overnight stays it should be included
