Pros:

The hotel was very convenient to all locations in Concord as well ss the highway.
Staff were friendly and available. Breakfast was lovely and so nicely presented, with both hot and cold options.
Ice cold water bottles were available for free, an unexpected and lovely perk.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The shower was to die for: Roomy. The faucet on wall across from shower head so you did not have to get wet and cold to turn it on. The water was hot no matter the hour, and the pulsating shower head was pure pleasure.

Cons:

Not one thing.

Location was perfect for shopping and dining in the area. Hotel was very clean and well maintained

Cons:

paying for parking while staying at the hotel. I can see paying if you are not staying at the hotel but with the prices now for overnight stays it should be included

Pros:

I love the location and there is a ton of food choices in the general area.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to request my room be made up. No daily service and coffee was never refilled in room I had to get coffee from the front desk daily.

Poorly maintained hotel in a good location
Pros:

Stayed here because it was close to the airport. Hot tub was broken, tv in room was broken, sundry was basically empty, lobby bar is awkward and doesn’t open till 5, only positive is there are a lot of close restaurants
