Pros:

I love the location and there is a ton of food choices in the general area.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to request my room be made up. No daily service and coffee was never refilled in room I had to get coffee from the front desk daily.

Poorly maintained hotel in a good location
Pros:

Stayed here because it was close to the airport. Hot tub was broken, tv in room was broken, sundry was basically empty, lobby bar is awkward and doesn’t open till 5, only positive is there are a lot of close restaurants

Not happy with Asian agent that checked me in

The location, the cleanliness the amenities

Cons:

The agent that checked me he was Asian not welcoming and gave me 1 key and I asked why? He said he ran out when he gave customer before and after me 2 keys

Downhill
Pros:

This chain has gone waaaaay downhill. The bedding is dirty and the toilet was clearly not cleaned. I’d never stay at another Hilton, it has such a bad reputation but my partner booked it. Never again.
