Cons:

I had a leak in my room. They moved me to another room which was also leaking. I stayed because it was late and I didn’t want to move again. I was still charged for using a bottle of water.

Great view and value, rooms could use some TLC.
Pros:

Great view and location, nice lounge area. Staff is extremely friendly.

Cons:

Needed some TLC in the rooms, lots of rust, shower clogged and smelled a little musty. Plus they charge you $9 each day for parking.

I really like pet-friendly hotels
Pros:

The hotel is really well located, close to the lake and NASA

Cons:

The lobby has clearly been renovated, but the rooms are really old. Especially the shower faucet is broken - the staff fixed it, but it's barely usable

Even though there were issues in the hotel, the view was nice!

What I didn’t like was the noise from the A/C above me in the ceiling & the four was too close to the tub. The shower knob was hard to pull on, I had to call someone to do it. There was no ice downstairs.

Pros:

Lo único que rescato es que el staff fue amable. Totalmente decepcionante para ser Hilton, cliente de la cadena varios años y esta estadía fue lo peor que me paso en mucho tiempo.

Cons:

Empezando por el tamaño del baño, demasiado pequeño, con perdidas desde el techo a la ducha, literal GOTERA DURANTE TODA LA NOCHE, la luz del baño estaba rota y parpadeaba, el secador de pelo tuve que pedir que lo cambiaran porque no funcionaba, el colchon estaba vencido y super incomodo, a las alfombras les hace falta una limpieza profunda ya que caminabas descalzo y te quedaban los pies o medias sucias. Notifique al personal de mis incomodidades, fueron muy amables pero no hubo solución ni cambio de habitación. El desayuno tenia muy pocas opciones y la mayoria poco accesibles, lograr que te hicieran un omellete era un tarea de 20 minutos.

My bff and I stayed for a couple of nights for my birthday and omg wow 10/10 experience!!! The staff were great and friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. Would stay again for sure
