Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to the airport and restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The room was very old and worn out. A few things were broken. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't give us many information, even when asked. The carpet floor of the hotel wasn't very clean. The parking is very expensive, more than 25$ per night but you don't have an alternative to park. Parking should be included in the cost of the hotel.

Perfect place!
Pros:

Staff was very attentive and accommodating. I requested extra blankets for my daughter and within minutes they were knocking at our door with them!

The parking pricing was shady. While I understand people try to get around paying for parking at the airport, I find 30 for 8 hours of parking ridiculous.

Chaos at Midnight!!

We tried 3 different rooms before finding one that we could deal with for the night after checking in at 11:30 PM. The first room smelled like sewage, the second room had no air conditioning working and the room was 76*. In the 3rd room, as we were getting in bed, I noticed a print on the sheets that had letters. After investigating, I found that the sheets were so thin that it was the mattress print!! No mattress pad!!!!
The only difference between the “healthy rooms” and standard rooms is a walk in shower and an air cleaner!! The rooms are also located on the top floors. Our compensation for the chaos was a “healthy room “ and $40! Do better Hilton!!!

Pros:

From the moment I arrived at the Hilton Tampa, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it easy to relax right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect during my stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy space to unwind. I also loved the overall ambiance of the hotel—it truly feels like a home away from home.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable experience in Tampa. Looking forward to coming back soon!
