I will probably never stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was fair , the staff at the restaurant was super nice .

Cons:

The cleaning in the rooms was not good at all , they will make the bed and change the towels, but no dusting or wiping the dust off the furniture. I had some drinks in the room, and the glasses were never removed from the room up until the day a left.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

We skipped breakfast because we had to be at the airport by 7:00 AM. Dinner was good, service was slow, due to only one server working.

Cons:

Paid Parking, giving an estimated time for return is not easy when the airline is delayed.

They was definitely a pleasant and would definitely recommend to others and return.
Pros:

The facilities was very modern. Staff pleasant and friendly which made my stay comfortable. They very accommodating and professional. My family felt very at home and the same.

Cons:

Microwave could be in the room would be great and also a additional garage bin in the bathroom.

Pros:

I am highly upset. You still have my money on hold for $117.20 since sept 20th and it’s currently oct 11th 2024. when I called 8004972175 the rep told me I have to provide proof in which I submitted and that I wasn’t allowed to talk to her manager. She also told me I need to call my bank to have them release the hold and I told her that my bank clearly stated I needed to call you guys because you are the ones that applied the hold and there is nothing they can do about it. I want this situation resolved and my 100 credited back to my account. This is insane that it’s alomst a month and you still have the hold on my account
