It was clean. Staff was courteous and friendly, the front office and housekeeping! And helpful.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. The ice machine was broken. Having to come to the first floor to use the microwave. The lighting in the room could be better.

MY FIRST CREDIT CARD CHARGES $75, BUT BALANCE WAS $72 SO IT DECLINED & THE FEE WAS KEPT PENDING, BUT 2ND CARD USED WAS SUCCESSFULLY CHARGED $75, AND THE REST IN CASH. PROBLEM MY $72 IS MISSING IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER THIS TRANSACTION.

Smoke alarm malfunctioned across hall at 3am and couldn’t be turned off for over 30 minutes.
