There was no information given to us about the shuttle bus. The woman behind the counter said oh you just missed it and then a half an hour later said oh it’s gonna be a wait and I was just praying I would not miss my flight.

Pros:

Very convenient to Hobby Airport w/ complimentary shuttle! Bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

Pillows were awful, smashed flat as soon as you laid on them! Be prepared for planes landing and taking off all night, we knew since we were close but if you're a light sleeper this might be a problem!
