場所は良いが宿泊する価値はないスモールホテル。
Pros:

チェックイン時に(デポジットの為)カードマシンが不調で、30分以上フロントで待たされました。先に部屋に入って貰うか、ロビーで飲み物でも出して待って貰うとかの対応が無かった事に驚きました。(チェックアウト時に、既に予約時に支払っていた事が分かりました)

部屋はガーデンレストランに面していて、部屋に話し声やカトラリーの音まで聞こえ、唯一ガーデンに面した面はガラス張りで、カーテンを開ければレストランの人々が丸見えで、一度もカーテンを開ける事が出来ない状態でした。
スタンドのライトが点かず来て貰ったにも関わらず、結局最後まで点灯せず、またチェックイン時には備えつけてあった、ホテル専用のボトルの水を2日目に補充を二度もお願いしたが、やはり補充されず。この金額での4つ星とは信じられないホテルでした。
二度と利用はしたくありません。

Pros:

Very comfortable and great location. Only thing is there is some construction outside the hotel at nearby building which was a bit annoying. But the hotel itself was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Pros:

The front desk (the reception) were not professional at all, one of them was very rude, he doesn’t know how to communicate with people and they need more training because the way we were treated is not the way of a five star hotel (felt like a 2 star hotel) The hotel is nice overall but not worth the money. the rooms are small. The location might be the good thing about the place.
