Pros:

We are in town for the Los Bukis concert and had an excellent experience at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport. Zachary was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful—he arranged our shuttle to and from the event in under 10 minutes. Outstanding service and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Pros:

Whenever I travel to LA, I stay at this hotel. Never have any complains. I thought I misplaced my Pandora bracelet but later found out I left it at the hotel when I received a call from them stating that it was left behind. Thanks to the security officer Yamarie and the team for reaching out and instructing me on ways to retrieve my item. Grateful for people like you!

Pros:

Stayed at the Hilton Feb 18-20 and hotel was top notch. Furthermore, I want to especially commend the customer service I received from Yamarie and their security team - they really went to extra lengths to make sure I got a very important item back I had left in the business center. Much appreciated and look forward to coming back!

Front Desk Agent Goes Above And Beyond

I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. The front desk agent Kirstin who checked us in provided truly top-tier service. She greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming.

After a long day of traveling and working, her positive energy was very refreshing. She thoroughly walked us through all the important details, including shuttle/parking details, and made sure we clearly understood everything before sending us on our way.

Kirstin is the best!
Pros:

Kirstin is the most amazing associate! She is very friendly, absolutely amazing to be greeted by her when checking in.

I was given a newly remodeled room, the remodeling was definitely needed. The room is now bright and clean.

Needed services from the hotel's security folks due to self-inflicted activities. They were awesome!
Pros:

We regularly use the off-site airport parking offered by Hilton, Century Blvd. when flying in and out of LAX. It's always been a great value for the price. Recently we had an experience which solidified our loyalty. Without going into the nitty gritty details I will simply say that due to our own actions we needed support from the hotels security team. We couldn't have been more satisfied!

Recent remodel makes this hotel much more comfortable!
Pros:

This hotel went through room renovations recently, so the rooms from floors 8 and up are much nicer than before. The beds are much more comfortable and plumbing works well. All the rooms now have fridges, which was always my wish. The staff went above and beyond, especially Monica and Brittany via convenient text messaging so that I could text requests for items to be delivered to my room. And the front desk upon check in were very helpful- I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name. The 24 cafe is convenient and the Andiamos restaurant has amazing service. I highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast buffet and renovated rooms
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights for a board game convention and enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The check-in process was quick for us because I am a Hilton Honors Gold member, but if I wasn’t, then the line for check-in was significantly longer. The room assigned to us felt renovated and clean. It had nice views of LAX (runway view) and was relatively quiet, except for the aircraft noise of takeoffs. The elevators operated quickly and are the upgraded kind. The valet was friendly and quick (5-10 min wait). The breakfast buffet (for a fee) was excellent and worth the price. They offered longer hours than most hotel breakfasts and an unbelievable selection of food (Asian and American). If you are staying Wednesday through Saturday, recommend visiting lounge up there for a cocktail. It’s very peaceful and the bartender is friendly. Workout facility is also nice and offers lots of equipment. This hotel is keeping up with the times and staying very competitive with pricing and comfort. Highly recommend.

Good customer service
Pros:

Good hotel but most importantly great customer service. I had accidentally left my jacket in the hotel room and upon realizing called them after 2-days. The security officer, Yamarie Mayo, who handles lost and found, worked diligently to ensure I received my jacket and constantly kept me in the loop. I really appreciate her honesty and care for her hotel guests. Thank you!!🙏🏼

Bad bad Concierges !
Pros:

Hotel close to the airport and up to the usual Hilton quality apart from some huge Convention.
BUT the main problem was two days running with two different Concierges who are tucked away at the back of the hotel.
I had transport problems on both days and was directed to them to sorry it out.
Not only was Language a problem I have a British accent but they could not understand my problems and were definitely not interested in sorting them.
So a Mega issue not resolved and it was only thsnks to,the lady at rhe front of the hotel in a little office dealing with parking matters was the issues dealt with.
These Concierges need reminding of their roll and perhaps need sending on a Customer Support Course.

Great front desk experience
Pros:

Big shoutout to Paola O. at the LAX Hilton. Our assigned room had a plumbing problem. She graciously reassigned us with a fabulous upgrade!! Our suite was recently renovated, pristine, and so beautiful, with large windows overlooking LA and the sunset. It was conveniently located near the bar/lounge. We didn’t want to leave!! Thanks again!!!

Lack of Water
Pros:

This is a pretty standard hotel close to LAX.

Cons:

Both days I was there the water was out for hours. This appeared to be some scheduled ongoing repairs but it seems like an expensive hotel shouldn’t sell rooms that don’t have water for hours at a time.

Pros:

Very handy to the airport, stayed in a corner room on upper floors, recently renovated so very comfortable. Good working space as well and views across runway. Staff very helpful and shuttle bus to and from airport.

Cons:

You do get a bit of airport and road noise when on the front of the building, but it’s an airport hotel, so not unexpected or that disruptive.
