De kamer was schoon en het bed was goed. Inchecken ging vlot.
Onvriendelijke bediening in de bar. Pizza uit de bistro was verbrand. Geen glazen of bekers in kamer en badkamer.

Total garbage, don’t waste your time. Arrived to check in after long international flight, to find a line of 20 or more people waiting to check in. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were informed that they had no available/clean rooms for all the people waiting to check in—- it was 10pm. Had to quickly get room at another hotel and Uber over. This is inexcusable, and I will make sure never to book at Hilton property again.

Room fine. Cafe was good and useful. Coffee was excellent from the Starbucks in the cafe.
Nothing open in the afternoons, like a bar for snacks and a drink. Very expensive parking and food and drink options. We stayed 6 nights and our room was cleaned twice. The pool area looked more like a concrete prison yard than a hotel pool area.

チェックアウト前日の夜に部屋が停電してしまい、朝まで復旧しませんでした
フロントに行って部屋を変えて欲しいと頼みましたが、他の部屋も停電してるとそれに部屋がないと言われました
夜中に何度もフロントに行きました
あと30分で回復するからと言われ待ちましたが
30分たっても復旧しませんでした
最初は冷静に会話してましたが、さすがに明け方になって、私も起こり口調でいい加減にしてくださいとフロントに話したら、その時に宿泊代を1泊無料にすると言う提案をしてきました、私は金ではないと、もうチェックアウトするから、荷物をまとめたいと話をしました
今までいろいろなところに宿泊してきましたが、このような体験は初めてです
