Nous connaissons cet hôtel, on n’y est bien accueillis, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. Le salon restaurant au 16 eme étage avec de la musique agréable et la vue sur les avions qui atterrer décollent est bien, avec un très bon service . Le rapport qualité - prix ( hors breakfast)
Le breakfast à 100 usd pour deux personnes, des pommes de terres qui ne sont pas totalement cuites, des viennoiseries de la veille…..ça gâche un peu le standard de l’hôtel.
Well cared for facility. Room smelled good when I entered. Bed very comfortable, firm but with a topper. Fast easy check in. Elevators fast. Airport shuttle prompt and pleasant

Bathroom is super small. Also they had old used towels in the room for some reason.

this is a mediocre hotel, it has only one advantage - it is not far from the airport, though they don't communicate transport options when you book, you have to figure it our by yourself
after I had checked out, the hotel charged my card for $120 for no reason. I spent hours with them trying to figure out what happened, and nobody there can help me. They just ignored my numerous requests in Booking and couldn't do anything on phone. I even went to them in person, and talked to staff - concierge, manager, some finance specialist, they pretend they just don't know. But seems like they just don't care. I have never met such attitude before, really disappointed. All I was offered is a free beer from the manager, even not a transfer back to LAX - I spent $50 just to get there and back
Besides that, breakfast is far below average for $40 - probably the worst value for money, rooms were not clean enough: dust on table and in the bathroom
Near the airport, good structure
There is no parking to check in. I had to park in the underground floor and carry all the luggage to the main lobby to check in. Parking extremely expensive. There is a public parking beside 1/3rd the price
It looks amazing. Front desk was helpful and happy place completely cleaned
The parking situation if we are already paying for parking there why should we also pay for parking it make no sense and at a 70+ rate is even more crazy well to me at least
