I had a great overnight stay at the hotel. The hotel and my room was very clean and all of my staff interactions from the front desk, to the bartenders and employees at the 24 hour cafe were pleasant and welcoming. You would think being right next to an airport it would be troubling to sleep but I loved my view of the planes taking off and was surprised not to be bothered by the noise. The service is very prompt and accommodating as I had opted to stay longer than expected and I loved that. I would definitely stay again.

Felt more like a casino than a Hilton.
Too crowded. Elevators were slow. My first room I was locked out of my room and was moved up to a “bette” room but then the TVs didn’t work in that room and when I called for maintenance, they showed about 29 minutes before my check out time.

No porta cot for baby, probably a good thing considering how mouldy the place was.
Narcotics anonymous convention being held at the hotel what the heck!!! Not a family friendly place to stay at when there is hundreds of addicts around.

I used booking.com and requested a champagne bottle in my room and the front desk said they did not see that request. I hope there will be a way that Hilton is able to receive these specific request when booked through a 3rd party.
When i had a question that was meant for front desk I was sent to another service like room service or what not, then they weren't able to answer and then again sent to another service.
