Pros:

They stole my son phone and refuse to give it back, when we tracked the phone it was still at the hotel and ringing because it was connected to their wifi, they walked the room upon us leaving so we know they found it and they refused to return his phone and put us on a do not rent list smh also they rented us a room without a working tv and I had to be moved upstairs and they stairway u must use smelled like animal pee very strongly, their are clearly people on drugs living around their very uncomfortable for women with families. Do your research before you booking then they refuse to return my booking confirmation after they canceled my booking for no reason lieing tell me they had no rooms when the app allowed they booking and also they canceled and refuse to return my money

olor a marihuana todo el tiempo en el pasillo, no había shampoo, algo básico. cuando tuve duda y pregunté, no me atendio una señorita de limpieza y prefirio seguir en su teléfono. Ascensor no disponible un día.

No water pressure. Ask for a deluxe king & just got a king. Didn't like the idea of having to ring a bell to get in the lobby, so you can get to your room!
