Our stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center was top-notch from start to finish—an ideal blend of convenience, comfort, and resort-style amenities.
Prime Location & Scenic Grounds: Situated just minutes from DFW Airport and right next to Grapevine Lake and Grapevine Mills Mall, the location could not be better. The 40-acre lakeside setting with surrounding jogging trails offers a peaceful retreat while keeping everything within easy reach.
Excellent Accommodations & Amenities: The room was spacious, quiet, and spotless, featuring a comfortable bed and a great workspace. The property amenities are standout—having access to both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a full-service health club made relaxing after a busy day effortless.
Fantastic Food & Service: On-site dining options made meals quick and delicious. From morning coffee to dinner and drinks at the lounge, the food was great and the staff throughout the property were warm, welcoming, and attentive.

The pool, jacuzzi and walking distance to the mall
The airport shuttle did not show up on schedule. We waited 1hr 20 mins for the hotel shuttle even after contacting the hotel.
So many Hilton shuttles but not the correct one, perhaps they should combine pick up to Hilton hotels if they are close by?
Breakfast and restaurant staff were very nice and attentive.
The biggest concern was the bathroom door, which did not fully close and offered very little privacy. We were told this was a design issue present in all rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, but there were no rinse-off showers nearby. We also encountered maintenance issues, including a loose shower handle, a frequently clogged drain, and empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The elevators also had an unpleasant odor.
