Great Stay
Pros:

Stuck here 4 days during American Airlines’ fiasco following winter storm Fern: this terrific hotel turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. Long-tenured friendly staff made everything from check-in to check out a seamless, first-rate stay. With so many fellow stranded fliers, the hotel was obviously at capacity. But each day before we schlepped over to DFW only to have flights canceled last minute, I asked front desk if they’d hold a room for us and they did. Rooms were quiet, well-designed and recently renovated. Housekeeping did a thorough job daily [don’t forget t tip the hardest working folks in the hotel : ) Gym is outstanding: huge with everything from StairMasters to ellipticals, Peloton bikes, treadmills, plus machine- and free-weights. Large heated indoor pool. 2 restaurants on property: Vineyards for great breakfast buffet with everything you could want including cooked-to-order fresh omelets. Bonnie & Clydes sports bar for decent dinners.

For what you pay you would think are room and bathroom would as if it was not cleaned. The bathroom had hard water stains the molding at the bottom of the shower came off as I was showering, one could only think gosh who’s other body funk has been in here besides mine!!! Gross!! Hair! Gunk it was not a pretty sight.

Great place to stay in Grapevine. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. Food was so good I went back for seconds and it was all you can eat which was so nice. Well worth the price to get breakfast with room.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

A lot of unnecessary lights in room -from gap under door, light switch by door, something plugged in by bed. Second night we had to cover all these lights with towels and clothes.
Sheets weren’t soft. That should definitely be corrected. No need for rough sheets in a nice hotel like that.

A great place to transit
Pros:

Good location midway between DFW International Airport and downtown Grapevine. Opposite a major shopping mall with 110 shops. 4 shuttle buses to take you to and from the hotel to the airport. Comfortable rooms and well trained staff.

Cons:

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, great location with excellent breakfast!
Pros:

I love that the room was very clean, neat and tidy. The price was reasonable.
The check-in staff was great!😊
The breakfast was amazing! Hot, fresh and delicious.
The gentleman making the omelette did an excellent job! Thank you 🙏

Cons:

We had no bottled water in the room. I believe each room should have at least 2 bottles of water available for the customer.
