Estaba cerca del aeropuerto y el hombre que trabaja ahi era muy majo y servicial, la cama tambien era muy comoda.
Era muy viejo y no era como las fotos. tambien muy oscuro y el la ducha no tiene separacion para no mojar.
Nice and close to airport, was very late to arrive because of flight. And staff were nice enough to help the situation
Honestly the only good thing was the close proximity to the airport.
We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids. Spent 6 hours driving from Sapa after getting stranded there with the typhoon. Booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Notified the hotel we will be arriving late at 1am and received confirmation that they will be waiting for us. Arrived at 1am and was told that despite our confirmed booking, they had no rooms available. Heavy rains outside in a relatively deserted part of Hanoi. Had to sleep in their lobby on the chairs until a room became available at 5am. Really unsatisfactory and especially difficult with 2 small overtired kids. Still not sure how Booking.com and the hotel can confirm a booking when there are no rooms available. Not happy at all.

Mr. Andy Hung is simply the best host!
He is the calmest, happiest, and most positive person I’ve ever met. I truly enjoyed my short stay with him, his lovely wife Mai, and their only daughter Im. Although it was just a layover, it turned into one of the most memorable experiences—especially our wonderful trip to the Old Quarters of Hanoi and the unforgettable Vietnamese food!
Visiting Mega Grand World was also a great highlight. I can confidently say: when I return to Hanoi with my entire family, it will only be with Mr. Andy Hung.

The host was very friendly and helpful. I booked on landing at Hanoi airport and he picked us up within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. Very good value and great location for an overnight stay near the airport
The location was perfect if you're waiting for a flight or have a short stay with flights in between. Getting to the city wasn't a problem either, as Andy is an excellent host—he can arrange taxi service at a much more affordable price than what you'd pay with Grab, and he's always ready to help you with any issue. He offered assistance no matter the time, day or night. I really enjoyed the area; there's a local market nearby, and if you want to experience real Vietnamese life beyond just the tourist spots, this is the perfect place. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious
The bathroom could use a bit of renovation, and having a shower cabin would be a great addition. However, overall, I would definitely come back.
It's a comfortable stay for me.The room is very big and clean and super friendly staffs and Very accommodating they help me order food and the coffee shop besides is so nice the drinks also and the baby clothes shop beside I buy some baby clothes it's affordable and nice material also.The airport service is good also and I highly recommended this hotel.
