Terrible! The hotel was closed and we had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. The hotel ceased trading in 12th September and nobody told us! I am very angry and demand complete refund!

Baño un poco dejado ,y la habitación sin cortinas el colchón malo
Habitación muy amplia y cama muy cómoda.
La ubicación es en la plaza del pueblo
Nos alojamos de viernes a domingo y no nos hicieron la cama , otra habitación nos dejó papel wc y no había Gel en el baño para ducharse
La cama era comoda
El lugar muy mala carretera para llegar lo
L'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes ! ils ont même déplacé leur voiture pour que nous puissions stationner tout à côté de l'hôtel ! l'emplacement au bord de la place principale du village, très sympa !

La habitación que no dieron la número 8, solo tiene una ventana que da a un patio interior donde está funcionando un extracto,r o algo similar,b, durante toda la noche.
Como fuimos en agosto hacia mucho calor y no pudimos abrir la ventana por el ruido, así que tuvimos que dormir con el aire acondicionado puesto , que también hacia ruido, y que no es muy saludable

Boa localização (mesmo no centro da localidade) para passar uma noite na visita ao Geoparque.
Reservei um quarto com duas camas, mas a Booking ofereceu um com uma cama de casal e mais duas camas pelo mesmo preço. No entanto, quando chegamos foi-me atribuído um quarto com três camas, mas num sótão, com janela alta e sem se poder abrir.
Nature around is so beautiful. We rode on a very small and beautiful road that leads to Berzocana, it was nice, we even stooped to pet many goats . The l small village of Berzocana pretty much only has the hotel and a couple cafes /bars and apart from the restaurant at the hotel doesn’t have another option to eat. The nearest restaurant is about 6 km in another little town/village which seems also to have only one restaurant. We had to drive 30 minutes to Guadalupe to get some food and since it was in the afternoon most of the restaurants were closed so we didn’t have many options. The idea of an old hotel is cool but i expected to be clean and have comfortable beds, the mattress and pillow were old and uncomfortable and there was mold on the wall right next to my bed which gave me allergies of course . I’m adding pictures of the bathroom as well that had a dirty shower curtain on the inside gross and a whole on the ceiling. I had to spend the night because we were in the middle of nowhere but we left next morning, 1 day earlier and they charged me for two nights because I had reserved for 2 nights. I was really glad to leave and go to a clean place with comfortable beds.
