Pros:

The hotel and grounds are very attractive, especially the little stream and gazebo. The room was spacious and clean, the shower worked well, and the bed was very comfy. The hotel staff were accommodating and efficient. Everything was great!

The balcony

Cons:

Customer service wasn’t the best. Also pool said 40 people occupancy yet there was over 100 people… also it said no glass/beer in the pool section yet everyone was drinking. No toothpaste, breakfast was confusing. When I purchased the room it said breakfast was included but then when we went they said I didn’t have breakfast so i’m confused. They also told me @4pm that my original room wasn’t ready for check in so I was moved rooms… a lot of little things that could have been avoided honestly.

Comfortable to stay and would definitely look for DoubleTree hotels when planning our next stay.
Pros:

Upon entering the room we could tell it was very clean, beds AND pillows were really comfortable to sleep in. Closing the curtains completely gave us a darker room in the morning which was nice. The outside noise was not bad that we could still continue sleeping even though the hotel is close to the freeway. I also liked the mirror on the side of the bathroom easy to use as it moves around.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like but was not a big issue was when showering the water was not going and down the drain, even after getting out of the shower there was water. Again it was not a big issue.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The air vent on the ceiling when you walk in the door was coming off of a litle bit at the corner.
