Für den Preis erwartet man etwas mehr Sauberkeit. Die Polster von den Sitzen haben Flecken, die deutlich sichtbar sind und wahrscheinlich seit längerer Zeit schon da sind. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nie sauber gemacht, der Boden ist voller Sand. Die Wände haben deutliche Schäden, die wahrscheinlich noch nie ausgebessert wurden. Den Wasserkocher will man nicht benutzen, nie so einen dreckigen im Hotelzimmer gesehen. Die Auswahl beim Buffet ist nicht sehr groß. Was soll man mit Lokum und Biskuit in zum Frühstück anfangen? Sonst haben auch die anderen Speisen nicht geschmeckt und hatten nicht die Qualität eines 5 Sterne Hotels

This adult only hotel feels serenity! If you realy want to relax and empty your mind we highly recommend this hotel. We booked the deluxe swim up room with its own pool part and canopy bed. Our room was very luxury designed with a jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and helpfull especially Hakki and Mustafa. Breakfest is good but the diner is delicious. We’d like to come back here again!

Were put on the main floor. The problem is our sliding door didn’t lock (from both sides) so we asked to be moved to another room since obviously we didn’t feel safe sleeping completely exposed to anyone who could walk right into our room being on the first floor. Worried for both our safety and the security of our belongings.. They told us they did not have another room as they were completely booked, and that theyd contact their “technical department”. After waiting around an hour just to hear their department would not come at this hour, we decided to book another hotel elsewhere since we didn’t feel comfortable. Once we told them we were leaving they all of a sudden had a room available for us… at this point we were quite angry and had already booked another hotel and just felt a bit messed around so we declined and left. After filing a grievance with Expedia, they had to confirm the refund with the hotel who had the audacity to decline (again, it was our safety at risk not a personal preference issue). Absolutely horrible experience after driving all day to get to Oludeniz and arriving late as it was.
Not to mention their only staff was a young boy no older than 21 who (no no fault of his own as he’s clearly a young kid) was not mature or responsible enough to handle the situation appropriately. He was very kind and helpful to the best of his ability but they absolutely need some more experienced staff to handle situations like this. HORRIBLE experience.

Subliem ! Contact voor inchecken per telefoon, goed geregeld. Ontvangst op locatie uiterst vriendelijk en professioneel ( recept voor Baclava gekregen van receptioniste 😄 ). Collega receptionist is Hotel Management student, en uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzame jongeman…zelfs een keer een lift gegeven met de auto ( zijn naam helaas vergeten ) Ligging van het complex is verscholen in een dennenbos, heel romantisch en avontuurlijk, perfect toegankelijk via een onverhard bospad, voor elk type auto. Penthouse suite en swim-up werkelijk schitterend en niets op af te dingen. Gehele complex ligt tegen een bergwand, waarbij bijna elke kamer uitzicht heeft op het het dorp in de vallei en de andere bergwand. Vooral ‘s-avonds is het dan werkelijk schitterend. Ölüdeniz binnen 10 min met de auto bereikbaar, alsook centrum Fethiye.

Spent a week here and was fabulous! Our room was an amazing, huge apartment over 2 floors with its own bar & jacuzzi, which made it more fun & special.
The food was great, especially breakfast which was a massive buffet every morning.
The staff were all polite and attentive without being intrusive, & nothing was too much trouble! Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard - inside and out. We made use of the spa and after our fab Hammam on the first day we decided to go back 2 more times in the week since the prices were very reasonable and the lovely ladies from Bali were so good!
We ventured out a couple of times to Fetiye which was only 15 mins in a taxi, but we were so content at the hotel with the amazing huge apartment that we hardly felt the need to leave. The swim up room was definitely worth the extra money, we loved it! Plus, the bar delivered any snacks or drinks we ordered from the room which was a bonus :) All in all it's a great hotel and the whole week felt like an absolute treat! Will definitely be going back!

It is a hidden gem. The staff is so polite, this is my second stay in this property. The receptionist lady was so nice and she offered me an upgrade mentioning that this was my second stay. It was so kind of her. The bartender Yunus he was so polite . Thank you all!

Totally disappointed to say the least, firstly when I arrived they basically told me they only have a snack menu, woth no dinner or lunch, that snack menu is only available until 5:30pm for 5 star rated hotel and I paid close to 1000 euros for three nights it is totally unacceptable, the other thing is the rain shower was not working as there was a hole in the middle of it, otherwise the room was nice and the staff were friendly, especially Mohammed at the pool bar, the road is terrible and u definitely can’t walk to anywhere near by (again since there is no food at the hotel after 5:30pm) which is ridiculous, I have never paid that much money for any hotel that had no food in the evening, they blamed it on covid which is a cope out, as I’ve stayed in hotels all around turkey these two weeks and it’s not the case, truely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel ever

It was really a quiet hotel, not so many people around.

It was quiet and new, the room was spacious and we liked the jettub in the room but the service needs to be improved. We asked for Turkish coffee after breakfast, they said it was extra, that didn’t make any sense to me because in Turkish hospitality they serve it free plus they ask it after you eat right away. The coffee was badly prepared too ! In Turkish we say “kopuksuz”. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, they forgot to renew water bottles and towels, we have used bath robes instead. The road of course it’s not the property’s fault but the Mayor please provide a decent road to the hotel so we can drive comfortably; it was a sedan car and I was a little bit scared and stressed to drive ! Other than that it was new nice and the best part was the pool.

What an amazing stay! Highly recommend this place, it’s only couple months old! The place was very clean and comfortable. The room was big and so was the jacuzzi. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and mountain views while swimming. Will definitely come back again!
