A horrible room.
Pros:

Central and convenient to walk to Train station

Cons:

Very noisy at night between 12am to 5am with many drunken people walking around or standing around shouting at each other on the road. Every night!!!

The room is so small hardly any space to sit. There is only an empty space of 1.5m2 between the bed and the front door. No space to out luggages.

The mattress and pillows are horrible.

A horrible room.

返金して欲しいと感じた宿は初めて。ゲストハウスや安宿に散々泊まってきたが、倍額以上するのにそれらの宿の足元にも及ばないほどひどいとは思わなかった
Pros:

清掃は行き届いてた、Wi-Fiは使えた

Cons:

・まずチェックインする場所（部屋）がわかりづらい。
・チェックインはタブレットを操作するのに、タブレットに電源が入っておらず夜の用事前にチェックインできなかった。（予め伝えてたチェックイン予定時刻に行ったのに）
・夜の予定を終えた23時にチェックイン、途中担当者に電話がつながるはずがまったくつながらず、途中で切った。
・部屋内にある説明どおりではWi-Fiがつながらなかった。（「部屋番号」の回線を選んでもつながらず、「泊まる階数」の回線でつながった）
・グループの宿泊客が夜中3時まで騒いでいて、本当にうるさかった。会話が筒抜けで防音がまったくされてない。
・「騒音があった場合、速やかにご連絡ください」と部屋内に書いてあるのに、どこに連絡すればいいのか一切書いてない。疲れと眠気MAXだったので泣く泣くあきらめた。
・チェックアウトは部屋内のタブレットで行うが、まったく電源が入らず電話する羽目に。
・電話をした際に「他の宿泊客がうるさかったがタブレットもつかなければ連絡先もわからなかった。どう対応すればよかったのか？」と聞いたのに、「この電話でチェックアウトはできましたので、すぐ部屋を出ますか？」と会話がまったく成り立っていない不躾な対応をされた。
・上記のようなことばかりだったので、他にも風呂のドアがうまく閉まらないとか、宿泊料金のわりに歯ブラシが安物など、細かい点が気になってしまった。

料金と内容のバランスが良いため、また利用したくなります。

アクセスが良くて安くて何度も利用したくなります。
スタッフ不在なのでストレスなくプライベートが守られて良かったです。

Cons:

人気が高いため連泊ができないこと。

Slept about 5 hours in 5 nights. Not out of choice.
Pros:

Location, internet and shower were good.

Cons:

Could not sleep because there was no sound proofing in the room. You could hear neighbours and everyone outside. Told to use tablet in room if it was noisy. There was no tablet in the room. Gave us earplugs but one of us couldn’t use them and they weren’t good anyway. The bidet was half broken. Only the front would work. Most of the toiletries were watered down. The electronic outlet was burnt so we did not want to use it as it seemed dangerous. Supplied us with a hairdryer but it did not have the correct connection. Room was very dusty and it was not cleaned beforehand. Glasses supplied were dirty so we cleaned them ourselves. In general most of the room was actually damaged and is in need of repairs.
