Почему букинг позиционирует как 4 звезды, если же на визитках в отеле это 3 звезды? Маленькое одеяло, микро умывальник, в целом - все очень очень старое :(

Pessimo soggiorno
Cons:

Pessimo servizio, avevo prenotato appositamente una stanza con due letti separati. All’arrivo all’hotel e facendo presente dalla prenotazione che mi spettava una stanza con due letti, la ragazza della reception mi dice che loro non hanno queste disponibilità e né la comunicazione non è arrivata per una tale richiesta. Non ha cercato di venirmi incontro in nessun modo offrendomi almeno uno sconto dato il disguido e poca attenzione ai dettagli, ma non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse.
Era tardi ed ero troppo stanca per andare alla ricerca di un’altra stanza però ero tentata di andarmene.
La stanza all’apparenza carina se non fosse che sentivamo tutte le conversazioni dei vicini di stanza e in più la doccia con acqua fredda non è stato affatto piacevole.

Pros:

Розташування так собі, поруч нічого немає, ввечері геть темно (без освітлення майже на вулиці)

Cons:

Немає ліфта - на третій поверх з валізами було дуже важко

Номер большой, в шкафах пыль прошлогодняя наверно,а в ванной тесно. Умывальник находиться прямо над унитазом))))В ванной

Взяла 2 номера, и тот который самый дорогой в отеле оказался весь пыльный, обои отодраны, из удобств: халаты, тапки, средства гигиены, чайник- Ничего!Фен еле выпросили, дают только в руки. В номере только 2 стакана из того , что обещано для такого номера))) А когда упомянули, что в описании номеров было это все, то был ответ: Надо было тоехзвездочный брать!!!захотели!! Не было там такого!!!
Так зачем же вы пишете неправду в описании номеров???Я бы и не бронировала с такими условиями!
Испортили отдых!
