Pros:

The stay was comfortable and enjoyable

Cons:

There was an incident with some of the teenagers there during our stay banging on our door and running but the staff made sure to intervene and got it under control

Pros:

The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed. There was no bathtub. One elevator was broken making the other incredibly slow. The place reeked of marijuana. By far my least favorite Double Tree visit.

The hotel was Beautiful in itself

Cons:

The pool area was not heated and the jacuzzi was not working and closed very cold in the pool area making it a bad experience

The rooms were clean .

Cons:

Pool was broke , I called before to make sure because that's the only reason I chose them . So they give me over priced breakfast vouchers for their buffet . It was disgusting , had better food at 2am at Dennys.

No happy
Cons:

The walls were paper thin, heard everything from neighbors, asked to move then they put us beside a baby that cried all night! Place was empty no reason to put us side by side! Pool and hot tub were broke and I even asked before booking if it was good!!!!they should note when it’s down they said it was down for weeks!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Our room was very clean, and staff was great. Room is a tad-bit outdated, but I would stay again. The hotel itself is well designed. Thank you to Ms. Mary and Ms. Angela in Operations for singing Happy Birthday to my son! They made our day!
