clean your own room!
Pros:

bed was comfortable

Cons:

our room was not cleaned. we left the room at 10am and returned at 8pm. the room was not made up. we were told at the desk that clean would have seen the do not disturb sign in the morning and would then not check again and leave for the day. Very poor customer service.

Cons:

When we got there there was a miss hap with our room. Staff member gave our room to a different guest (no problem we still had a room for the night) I did pay for a queen room and was given a double with now refund on cost difference of the room. Breakfast was ok.

Pros:

Der Empfang war herzlich das Zimmer super gross der Pool und wirlpool sauber warm und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer alles da sogar frische Pfannkuchen mit ahornsirup und dann sitzt man a weiss gedeckten Tischen in einem großen Raum und kann es genießen. Ich komme wieder.

Pros:

There was a variety of choices for breakfast! Kiddo loved the pancake machine 😋

Cons:

Pool area. The rusty fan that is above the pool area was sketchy as it was moving back and forth. My kid was afraid to go into the pool , he was afraid it would come down on him and I can validate that. It wasn't a comforting feeling.

Jets in the hot tub didnt work. The walls and windows were scummed over in the pool area. I get its hard to keep the area clean but it looked like it wasnt cleaned in months.

Mediocre at best, wish I had thought to take a few photos…
Pros:

Advertised pool and hot tub,
Pool was super cold and extremely dirty, literally hair balls and debris sitting on the bottom. Hot tub not working and barely warm.
Breakfast was leftover boiled eggs from day before and bagged sausages. Lady said she wasn’t able to prepare fresh as she had no kitchen access until somebody showed up to open kitchen. Approximately 730-8 am was the time I arrived at dining room.
Seriously disappointed!!!
