Pros:

Advertised pool and hot tub,
Pool was super cold and extremely dirty, literally hair balls and debris sitting on the bottom. Hot tub not working and barely warm.
Breakfast was leftover boiled eggs from day before and bagged sausages. Lady said she wasn’t able to prepare fresh as she had no kitchen access until somebody showed up to open kitchen. Approximately 730-8 am was the time I arrived at dining room.
Seriously disappointed!!!

Cleanliness. The facility was spotless the cleaning staff was top notch. Friendly staff. Chicken restaurant on site was very good. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Pool had lots of towels always stocked.. Rooms were very nice lots of channels to watch. TSN and Sportsnet. One of the best we have ever had in 5 years of travel baseball.

Cons:

Parking lot had alot of potholes but It was located in Spruce Grove the worst Roads in North America I swear. Get ready to knock the suspension out of your vehicle. Towns like this should just stick with gravel if they don't know how to lay asphalt. Edmonton should hire out of town companies to either train their staff or better yet just do the roads for them.

Save Your Money!
Pros:

The room was not good at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. The chair in our room had snot on the side of it, the vents were disgusting beside out bed and it looks like it had something spilled all over it. When they do house keeping they kept blankets on the floor and did not even fully make the bed and did not even leave towels.

Terrible
Pros:

Nothing. Front staff refused to give my wife the room because i was not present. They Cancelled the reservation before i could hang up the phone.
