Une mauvaise nuit que j'ai déjà oubliée.

J'ai reçu une chambre en proximité de l'ascenseur qui a fait du bruit toute la nuit. J'avais une autre réservation pour la suite du séjour. Le lendemain j'ai demandé de changer de chambre pour la suite du séjour et la personne au desk que j'ai du attendre longtemps longtemps m'a dit que l'hotel était plein (ce qui s'est avéré faux par la suite). Il m'a dit qu'ils évitaient de donner cette chambre aux pilotes d'avion, mais pour moi ça suffisait. La chambre avait un clinche posée à l'envers (ouvrir en actionant vers le haut) ce qui m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps. Bref je n'ai pas eu de chance. Je suis tombé sur une chambre horrible et un membre du personnel quasi injoignable, désagréable et incompétent. Un séjour catastrophique pour le prix très élévé que j'ai payé.

The room was small, smelled like smoke, outdated, no complimentary waters or breakfast, toilet didn’t flush properly, and the gift shop was weird. Bed was comfy.

Overall a good place. I ding it a little for the noisy bar outside our window and the mini fridge that didnt work. Otherwise a nice place to stay downtown.

I used to think of Hilton as a top hotel. I do not think that as a long time Hilton member Dimond member now I have never felt such disrespect. The room was old and smell like smoke. They were re-doing the front of the hotel so no sleep And the homeless people so bad that they actually look in the Hotel restaurant window at you while you’re eating no protection from this parking from this hotel with two blocks down and you parked yourself no valet offered no room service offered, and the staff was rude. It’s all get out. I was told that I would not get my points because I booked on Expedia even though I’m a Dimond member, I requested extra towels and soap never came again the room the carpet smelled the bathroom was old and no temperature on the water over all the worst hotel ever Please don’t stay here I will never again.

Beware!
Pros:

Room was next to train station/tracks which kept us up all night. Room had peeling paint. Also was told "continental" breakfast was complementary by the Hostess and then we were presented with a $60 bill for a waffle and 2 strips of bacon. The hostess then denied saying what she told us. Hotel would not assist since we booked using the Hotels.com site and not directly with them. Also very confusing information on shuttle to cruise ships.

I will choose another hotel next time.
Pros:

The room was not clean, and it seemed that the sheets on one of the beds had not been changed. There was makeup on the pillowcase, and I even found toenails on the floor, which was very unpleasant. Another issue, although not under their control, was the train horn that could be heard throughout the night. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, though I felt it was overpriced.
