It was A Nice Place , It’s really fancy and the view was beautiful, the room was clean and me and my family loved staying here , next time we go to Atlanta we definitely staying here again , staff was amazing and fast and no complaints at all , really good hotel to stay in

Cons:

Not accommodating. I was placed in a significantly lower‑value room than the one I booked, and no one informed me of the change. I had to go downstairs myself to request a comparable room. They moved me to a room that was slightly better than the first, but still not equivalent to what I originally reserved. At no point did they offer to adjust the price or make things right on their end.

No communication between staff members, we had a huge problem with the payment of our group booking and despite several attempts to resolve the problem there were further issues regarding payment. Breakfast overpriced
