Spacious and comfortable.Beautiful place to stay.

Cons:

Like every thing about this place. Next time I’m in town I’ll probably go there. The Valet parking is an upgrade for me.😊👍🏽

We stay here every time we visit Atlanta for the Children's Museum, aquarium, and Sloo Moo factory!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as always! Love the market choices, especially with kids!

Cons:

Beautiful resort. It’s my go to when I visit Atlanta for the football games

Cons:

That day there was apparently some kind of convention and it literally took about an hour to access the elevator. I was able to walk down the stairs but it took more effort going up. My family even assisted with carrying a strangers luggage down the stairs after noticing her struggling

I would book again!!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and effient. I had never been to the hotel before and wasn't sure how things really worked.. but everyone was really helpful and I truly appreciated their patience.

Cons:

When we first got to the room, there was some trash in the bathroom trash can, a dirty hand towel, and the bed wasn't completely made.. but the staff made quick work to make it awesome and they did an exceptional job.

I reserved a scenic view, which I thought would be the city and our view was the candy land strip club. The bathtub was dirty, housekeeping did come clean it. The room was dusty.

My room. Asked to switch to a king room got the king room. Small very small, no microwave, 4th floor w sliding door having access to basketball court felt unsafe no privacy

A little plain and dated.
Pros:

My wife and a stayed here for a few days on a business trip. The lobby and meeting rooms areas were dark and very plain. The hotel staff was terrific, very helpful. Our room, which was an upgrade, was average to small and the bathroom was tiny. It's a typical, older downtown hotel property and if I returned to Atlanta I will elsewhere.

Good stay
Pros:

Very clean and tidy throughout.

Cons:

The daily cannabis smell in elevators.

There was also an incident in the lobby where 3 men entered and attacked another man. Despite the valet staff asking for help from security, they walked as slowly as they could to the man now on the floor being kicked and punched and they did nothing at all. They could not have reacted any slower. I thought their actions were disgraceful.
