GENTELMAN AT FRONT DESK CHECK IN WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.....

I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A $40 CHARGE FOR PARKING.....NO PROPBLEM.....THERE ARE TWO $40 CHARGES TO MY CARD AND CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO TELL ME WHY?
TWO DIFFERENT MEN OUTSIDE AT VALLET PARKING WERE EXTREMLY UNHELPFUL. WHEN I ASKED FOR A TAXIE, ONE WOULD HAND ME OFF TO THE NEXT ONE....FINALY, ONE SAID SIT OVER THERE AND ONE IS ON THE WAY. BE HERE IN 10 MINUTES.....30 MINUTES LATER I ASKED ABOUT OUR RIDE, HE THEN CALLED FOR A TAXIE.......HE HAD NEVER EVEN CALLED.
WORST OF ALL, HE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL.

Cons:

The comforters on beds weren’t clean like the duvet covers that’s goes between sheets weren’t clean i had to remove them from beds the tub every time i ran water it was brown had to let shower run I couldn’t take sit down bath at all
