Nabraliśmy się na zdjęcia. W realu było źle. Pokój który dostaliśmy był brudny, bardzo brudny. Meble zniszczone i brudne. Nawet w recepcji nie jest czysto. Klimatyzacja działa jak traktor. Personel nieuprzejmy.

Pleasant stay but could have been better.
Pros:

The food was good and pool was clean and well maintained. The Colva beach was close by.

Cons:

The front desk concierge wasn’t very helpful in our birthday celebrations. We were expecting a balcony part of our booking as advertised but we were not given a room with one.

Cons:

I was travelling with my parents so I had requested for the side-by-side room. But room alloated was in different building. It was let down. When I checked with them they mentioned it was not conveyed to them and later when I showed them the chat then the person at recieption they cannot do as some of the guest extended the stay. But they had full day to sort it out which they failed to do. And the genetlemen at reception was very rude in the way he talked. It was very-very bad behaviour.

Great hotel with marvellous staff
Pros:

The location was superb only a short walk from the beach, through the fish drying area though....The staff were exceptionally helpful and the pool was the best in the area that we saw.

Cons:

Nothing really, although you would have to have a balcony with your room otherwise it might be claustrophobic

Room arrangements-
AC had some issues. Not cooling well.
Then tv set up box was kept inside some wooden cabinet, issues while accessing it due to signal issue.

Pros:

The location is close to Colva beach. Restaurant staff is great and very helpful.

Cons:

We were a family of 4 that included my elderly in-laws. The rooms allocated to us were on the first floor and my father-in-law especially cannot walk that many stairs. We realised that the hotel has no lifts after we were allocated the rooms. Since we were staying only for 2 days and knew that we will have to leave the rooms a few times, we asked the hotel to change our rooms. We did use the washrooms because as mentioned my in laws are elderly. The staff at first was ready to move only one room and after insisting they agreed to move both rooms. The 2nd room that was allocated to us was in a terrible condition. There were actual dead bugs on the sheets and in the room. The staff immediately changed the sheets, but all of this wasted more than half our day. We were in Goa only for 2 days for a religious visit. The property is beautiful, but very badly maintained. Also, please don’t be fooled by the pictures, there is no beach view from any rooms as the overgrown trees block all the views. The only good part of the hotel was the restaurant staff. They took great care of us while dining and were in general very helpful.

Restaurant offerings poor ! Buffet breakfast not value for money ! Offerings poor even down to juices . Staff tried their best though
