TF Riverside Hotel

Decent hotel if you are on a tight budget. Wifi in the room comes and goes. Poor acoustic insulation at night, especially from neighboring rooms. The toilet tank in my room leaked, so I had to close the water valve to avoid extra noise.

When we arrived we couldn’t check in because the rooms were not ready even at 3 pm, we had to wait for at least 1/2 an hour. The rooms and bathrooms were minimised equipped, no toilet paper, no coffee sachet, only tea, is some

Renovated room looks new and clean as compared to previous stays before COVID which was then rundown and dirty. Request for higher floor and riverside view was accommodated.

No facility open, food and drink. Overall not a very clean place

Stayed here twice before. This time much smaller room, tiny bathroom and first night very poor AC. Second night improved. No attendance late night so anyone can just walk in. Overall will stay again.

No breakfast was included as told by the staff for all online booking? But it was not stated on that breakfast is excluded during our booking. It is a very let down. Ask for assistance as the television signal was bad and the toilet tank was dripping. No one came. During check out we had to request for our invoice which was not prepared earlier. Please update your website so not to confuse customer.

Easy access to any place,middle of the town. Nice view. But quite dissapointed regarding to their cleanliness. They did not clean their chiller. Has a charge for room make up because of this covid19. They using the old build in aircond. Also the basement carpark without facilities through to main lobby. The maintenance are eficient when we complaint about their aircond. The staff are welcoming & the riverside are really relaxing for the guest.

Nak keluar hari ahad breakfast agak jauh berjalan sebab bawak mak jadi perut orang tua mana boleh tahan lapar.

Bilik air ok. Besar dan luar.
Bersih tapi jika perhatikan celah celah masih ada kotor/hitam. Tak mengapa sebab bukan tidur dalam bilik air.

Ada sejadah disediakan.
Water heater tiada. Jadi kene ambil air panas di depan lift.
Overall puas hati dengan kadar bayaran.

The room is really spacious and nice. I really like to rebook this hotel for my next trip to Melaka.

No water boiler! hard for me to making milk to my baby its so worse...then no service room for food or cleaning room service...the shower for water heater sometime ok..sometime not ok and for that so hard to take my son for bath because the heat water not function! ...and also no laundry service...the staff so slow at the reception..guest have to wait long time...my expectation for this hotel not good for family or family that have kids...

Room was spacious, got bath tub as well. But if you want to come during weekend/school holiday, please dont come at 3 pm for check in. Waited for 1 hour for the room to be ready after asking the receptionist few times.

All rooms face some part of the river front. Close walking distance to jonkers. Best and most delicious Cendol place right accross the bridge by hotel. Continuing Fast moving line starts when open 12pm till closing. Very popular must try.
Breakfast is all you need to start the day. Will stay again.

It was a memorable stay, with a nice view and surroundings, The only tin is the aircond was not functioning properly and there is no adjustment buttons to regulate.

The location is superb! It has the best view of the river and the proximity to the main tourist destinations.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Very accommodating to requests. Breakfast was good. Basement parking was a little dodgy. It would help if you could light up parking area with more lights.

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance that we did not have to drive at all. Lots of attractions nearby, great view of the river from the room especially at night, the room was not big but the mattress was comfortable and each guest gets two pillows. The towels are clean and of good quality. Overall, it is an excellent 3 star hotel. We will surely come again.

Very warm and friendly staff but the water heater system seriously needs an overhaul. On our second night, our family members in three different rooms were forced to shower with icy water! Based on past reviews it was not the first occurrence.
