Comfortable and clean stay
Pros:

My education workshop was held at the location. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Big TV. Fairly quiet being located by airport. Public restrooms were cleaned routinely. Bed & pillows comfy. Shower was clean water hot.

Cons:

Toilet was very low. I would think for a high end hotel that the toilet could be changed to taller ones in rooms.

Pros:

We were very satisfied with the room.My husband was extremely satisfied with the size of the t.V and the functionality of the TV

Cons:

There wasn't any thing that we didn't like. We would stay there again and thought it was great. Was kind of worried about it being at the airport , but we didn't have any issues with hearing the planes taking off or coming in.

Great experience overall.
Pros:

I loved the proximity to airport and the free shuttle to hotel and back to airport. The warm cookies upon arrival. Staff very friendly and great service.

Proximity to airport. Park and fly available. 24 hour shuttle.

Cons:

Somewhat difficult to find your way around. There is signage, but it's not the greatest. Posted maps to the facility would be extremely helpful! For example: similar to malls with arrows stating "you are here".

Pros:

The free shuttle service to the airport is why I booked this hotel. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable. I was a little cold when I first got into bed.

Cons:

I first call to see if they did have shuttle service. The reservation person on the phone gave me the hard sell, which I did not appreciate. I wanted to call back after I had my plane reservations. I got the hard sale saying my reservation would be almost double if I didn't reserve a room right then. This is not appreciated at a time when i'm trying to travel to see my my dad, who is dying. Why is this necessary? I ended up hanging up booked my flight then making a reservation through a third party.
