Nowhere near what would be expected of a Marriott.
Cons:

we paid for a room that included breakfast. But breakfast was not available until after we left for airport. Couldnt you at least have some rolls or bagels out? the shuttle driver could not help with luggage. really???

Cons:

Airport Shuttle stopped running at 10:30pm, our call at 1034 due to flight delay, staffs response, “it’s a half a mile, you can walk”, right at night in a city we are not familiar with.
Although the stay was adequate, will not return due to shuttle issue.

Cons:

The breakfast in disposable paper "dishes" were not in COVID times, Marriott hotel should have decent dishes.
Also there was a terrible smell in my room.

Make more questions before staying at Marriot
Pros:

The staff were very kind, especially Stephanie, who was wonderful. The room was clean.

Cons:

I was somewhat disappointed with my recent stay. I was NOT informed that the shuttle service ended at 10:30 PM, and upon arrival we were told only four rooms were reserved even though I had paid for five. I also requested cribs in two rooms, but they were not available when we arrived at midnight. Additionally, towels were changed in only one of the five rooms, despite being told this would happen every other day.
Breakfast was okay, but I expected a bit more.

Pros:

Very convenient location close to the airport, clean, nice facilities.

Cons:

Very expensive parking - would prefer to not pay $25 to park a rental car for one night instead of having a fleet of Waymo self-driving minivans posing as "shuttles" parked in front of the hotel.

Unknown. They overbooked and had us move to a different location that did provide the same exact services/accommodation as we initially booked. For example, the parking fee was much higher at the other location and there was no breakfast available.

Cons:

They overbooked the hotel so much that they had to have multiple customers go to different locations. It was an extreme inconvenience to drive to a different location that late at night. And aside from getting the same room rate, there was no additional things done for the extreme inconvenience.

They need to tell you upfront how much there NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE IS AND PARKING. This is not at the time of our booking information that was upfront, $125 per pet per day was crazzzzy! Luckily staff helped me with some of the fees because again its not upfront before you book! Everything else was great, the breakfast was decent but not enough time or options. Same with coffee not enough creamer options or flavor options like French vanilla or something outside of half and half or oat creamer. Very clean and decently priced room's. Extremely comfortable King Suites with stove fridge and sink! Pull out couch was a bonus! Bed amazing and cozy! Quiet and friendly staff! Very clean!

Cons:

Pet fees parking fee hidden pricing and minimum optional breakfast with not enough time given to eat in my opinion to match the costs.
