Room was not cleaned well, there were hair balls on the carpet around the room. Bathrooms should be cleaned better for sanitary purposes. Hair on the bathroom floor and walls/doors/furniture had dirt stains and dust.

We really enjoyed the variety of restaurants & the International Bar - $3 espresso martinis were excellent! Great pool. Comfy beds. Courteous staff. All we could have hoped for to enjoy the Vegas experience.

I was given a double room when I checked-in and since it was a late check-in I thought it is understandable. The staff told me that, they can change my room next day. First night was chilly and the heating was not working. I did not want to make a case since they were changing my room next day. I had the same issue on my 2nd room and on top of that the sink was clogged. They have sent someone over very quickly and it was done, however he was not able to do anything for the AC issue. Very old rooms, need a renovation.

This was a short stay in Las Vegas to make it convenient to catch a flight out the next day. The Westgate Hotel is remarkable. A little city within a city. The staff, for the most part, were more than helpful, while some could just be a pain. Aside from one bad apple in the bunch we enjoyed our time there.

First room smelled so strongly of sewage that I almost passed out. Got a new room right away but the front desk staff didn't seem surprised that the room smelled like literal feces
