Pros:

Nice vibes, great location

Cons:

No real eat options after 10pm. Facilities like pool and gym with a very odd and restricted time (closes at 6pm!) and no ok breakfast option in house. And I was bothered by the staff on guest services that instead of answering my questions keep trying to sell me junk and get me into promotional talks.

Primera y última vez. Espantoso y el personal una vergüenza.

Nada me ha gustado de este hotel.

Cons:

No me gustó nada. El peor hotel que he ido en mi vida con una mediocridad en el personal que da asco. Me dieron una habitación comunicante y se oía a las habitaciones vecinas como si estuvieramos en la misma habitación todos. Bajé a recepción y les dije que estaba dispuesto a pagar mas para un cambio de habitación sin que fuese comunicante. Me dijeron que tenía que pagar 40 dólares por el cambio. Les dije ningún problema. Me dan una segunda habitación y me encuentro con que también comunicante. Bajo nuevamente y les digo que por qué me cobran 40 dólares si es el mismo tipo de habitación. Me contestan que no tienen habitaciones sin ser comunicantes. Me dan una tercera habitación y también siendo comuncante. Luego les dije que no me cobrasen los 40 dólares de diferencia tras perder una hora y cuarto de tiempo y que me habían dicho que me cobraban la diferencia de precio con la condición que la habitación no fuera comunicante. Me contestaron que la habitación era renovada. La habitación era espantosamente igual a la primera y muchos pisos mas abajo. Menos mal me quedé una sola noche. Un desastre de hotel y el personal mediocre sin interesarse en absoluto a la atención al cliente. No les interesa nada. Una experiencia espantosa y recalco la mediocridad en el personal de recepción. Finalmente me cobraron los 40 diferencia por nada. Mucho stress y me he sentido estafado. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Entiendo que si el personal es así de desinteresado y mediocre, si lo permiten, igual de mediocre será el front desk manager y la misma dirección del hotel. Una vergüenza.

Overall my stay was good for it to be last second booking. I thank you very much.
Pros:

That I was able to book same day of. I enjoyed the live music and the bar. The area was a nice area enjoyed my spa day very relaxing, and like how we can have a full day access to relax.

Cons:

I didn't like that my room was old, the bed was broken. You could smell the kinda rote smell. I didn't like that I was harrassed trying to get to my room. No mean No, I had to change rooms and I was charged for it when the room wasn't a good one.

Waste of money
Pros:

It was close to convention center, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Everything was very old and in poor condition. The water faucet was broken and ran continuously. The refrigerator was making an extremely loud noise, so I had to unplug it. The mattress, pillows, and blanket had plastic protective covers on them, which caused excessive static electricity and frequent shocks. The bedside light was also broken.
