Pros:

We often choose to stay here when we travel through Nebraska. We enjoy the privacy and relative quiet of the cabins, and appreciate the clean linens, refrigerator, and location near the pond.

Cons:

We did notice that there is significant dust, dirt, wrappers, etc. under the beds. Also, last time we stayed, the previous guest's wet towel was still hanging in the bathroom. Although these conditions aren't great, we still enjoy staying here and can overlook occasional oversights--would still generally recommend this place.

The staff was nice.

Cons:

My cabin had a door stop missing three of the four screws that held it to the door, so it would flop around when you tried to close the door. You had be a contortionist to get the door closed from the outside. They also had one of those "air fresheners". I happen to have an intense dislike of artificial odors and it was OVERPOWERING. I think it was brand new. I took it off the wall and gave it to the office clerk but the damage was done and it still reeked of rotten flowers all night long.

We liked it there and it would have been perfect if not for the shower issue

In the morning, wanted to take a shower only to discover/notice the shower head has been dismantled and repairs were “in progress “

We enjoyed the variation from a typical hotel stay, yet with the amenities if we wanted them.
Pros:

We loved the quiet privacy without noise in the hallways of a hotel. We liked the little lake. We liked breakfast included.

Cons:

directions (since there is no more AmeriCinn at that location.) Didn't like dragging luggage and stuff up the bank.

Stand alone units with private entrance.

Cons:

I fell in the stairs when they became slick from rain. I messaged the property suggesting traction of some sort be applied and got no response. Check-in was overly complicated since the confirmation emails and signage near the cabins both lost a property name that is no longer in business. Suggest updating it to the current property. There are stickers in the grassy areas for pet relief. Found numerous crickets in the cabin- one on the bed even.

Cute cabin just needed looked over again
Pros:

The bed was great, the room was clean just not finished. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room did not seem finished from previous cleaning. There was a empty toilet paper roll on the roll by the toilet, there were no soaps or anything by the sink. There was only decafe coffee pods with no sugar or anything else. The sink and shower seemed to only have cold water!

Perfect place to spend an evening if you are traveling with a pet. Very quiet.

We have stayed at the cabins multiple times and only complaint is that they could clean the restroom areas better.
