Cons:

Once I arrive to the property there was additional parking fees of about $22 a day that I wasn't aware of. I've never had to stay anywhere and pay additional for parking

Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly. We had a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was good and a good variety. We did enjoy our stay.

Cons:

The parking garage is very tight and the expensive parking fee. We had to ask several times for towels and clean bedding, we were told housekeeping doesn’t change the beds unless you have stayed 7 days, so I changed the beds myself. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and there’s only half a shower door. We found gum stuck to the wall and side of the bed, and a sucker in one of the kitchen drawers.

Great value and very customer service.
Pros:

The view of the ocean and the accommodating and friendly staff. The location of the hotel near the South end of Myrtle Beach was a little less crowded and the surroundings were more quiet.

Cons:

I smell of weed from a hotel guest. I hate the smell.

I enjoyed the fireworks sitting on the beach. And the military flew by the hotel and that was nice!
Pros:

I like I can have my pets and they have a nice area to walk them.

Cons:

I didn’t like more charges on my bill when I left when I paid in full on booking. I paid 300 more leaving for parking, taxes dog, but I paid all this when I booked on booking. So I don’t know why I got this second bill!

Stay was decent but will not stay again or use Booking.com to book a hotel stay
Cons:

I had to wait an hour past check in time, was comped $30 for the dining/ bar which $30 honestly doesn’t go to far. Seating area in breakfast area could use better seating arrangements, some area way to low to sit and eat. Long wait times for elevators and no service elevator for staff making sharing sometimes uncomfortable.

Had a great time in Myrtle Beach and the hotel was decent.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast which was included was pretty good however it was exactly the same all 5 days we were there. They had an automatic pancake machine but it was out of service the entire time. I read a review from a month ago that said it was broken then so I’m thinking it never works so they either need to get it serviced or buy a new one.

The front desk staff was great. We didn’t have our dog with us but it was nice that the hotel was pet friendly.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and not once did housekeeping clean the room or change the sheets or make the bed. To get clean towels we had to ask at the front desk and was told to put the dirty towels by the ice machine or in the hallway. Not very sanitary. When we inquired about the lack of housekeeping we were told they are not a full service hotel which is unusual for a Marriott especially at over $400 per night. Also, just by being a beach location you can’t help but bring some sand back to your room.

Felt almost like home, spacious, no carpet which is good for pets

The pool is on the shade most of the time. Would have liked it more out in the sun or at least an option
