This is not the usual quality expected from the Residence Inn by Marriott.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The disconnect between the lobby area, parking, and garage (a nightmare) trying to figure out which level was which because even if you got off the elevator on the floor your car was actually parked on you still might have to climb the steps or push luggage cart up another level rounding corners where other travelers were trying to get in the garage and park.

I loved just about everything ! The service was fantastic ! From the bar to the restaurant inside perfect ocean view for a piece of mind !

Cons:

the only thing I didn’t like was that they had two pools and I want to say that they both only went to 4 or 4 and a half ft

Cons:

The beds that’s suppose to be queen size are really full size. Thought we were getting oceanfront from booking on booking website and it was actually partial view and it never stated that when I booked it literally read oceanfront.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing breakfast, fantastic views, odd parking deck :)
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the residence inn! The facility was incredibly clean, accessibility was fantastic, navigating the hotel is wonderful, the pools were perfect, crystal clear water and they're heated! The beach access is fantastic with about a 10 minute walk to a nice pier, and the location is quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was actually incredibly minor, and not really much of an issue, but parking is kinda weird at this hotel, the parking garage is the very front of the hotel and you have to use an elevator to get to the lobby, then go from the lobby to the guestroom elevators. Still absolutely no big deal, it's simple and efficient once you figure it out !

The stay was extraordinary and would love to visit this hotel again soon.
Pros:

Everything exceeded my expectations. The balcony overlooking the beach, the restaurant inside the hotel, the two pools right beside the beach. The hotel provided towels for the pool and you can get them replaced for everyday you visited the pool. The rooms were large enough for a family of 6 to stay.

Cons:

The pools were a nice size and even though they were heated, they were still a little cold during our visit.

Convenient location but not sure I would stay here again, unless there is a remodel.

Was in a convenient location and near the airport.

Cons:

We stayed here when it first opened 7 years ago and it was wonderful. The beds were really uncomfortable. They kept running out of different foods during breakfast like yogurt, fresh fruit, different types of milk. The facilities overall seem to be a little tired. We were also overcharged and had to address with the front desk.

Cleaning was terrible, personnel has zero empathy overall

Cons:

Cleaning is awful. When we just entered the room it was barely cleaned, floor was not vacuum cleaned properly, plenty of debris under the beds. And during the whole week they did not make any cleaning or towel change (they did towel change once only after we asked twice). They should clean every 2 days according to their rules.
Also we had a flood from neighbouring room. At the desk they even did not say anything about it.

They gave us free parking though, due to our complaint about dirty room initially. Only the repair guy who helped with the flood was nice and friendly.
