They did their best but they could do better
Pros:

Really close to the beach. No steps up or down just walk from property onto sand. Breakfast was tasty and fresh even though there were very few changes from day to day.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff seems to be limited and those there are overstretched. Had to ask for 2 duvets for the kid’s bunkbeds, after first shower, had to call for body gel, after 3 hair washes, had to call for shampoo and conditioner. We were 2 adults, 2 teens, after day 1, a partially used roll was out, after day 2, we had to call for toilet paper. 3/4 days, beach towels were unavailable when we asked for them.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The only issue with breakfast was that one morning they ran out of things and management didn’t think to go to the store to buy some until there shipment can in; for example syrup for the kids pancakes or creamer for your coffee. Great customer service. Wayne was exceptional

Cons:

I didn’t realize that I booked a pet friendly hotel. We have allergies and between the sand and the dogs we were not happy. We had to asked for a broom and mop to clean our room. And asked for a change of sheets which we had to change ourselves. If you are allowing animals at your hotel, then you should allow frequent cleaning from housekeeping

Very nice place and The room has plenty of space
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the place was nice

Cons:

Regarding communication: I wasn't notified that there would be no water until I arrived at the hotel, and we were without water all night—we couldn't even use the bathroom. Also, no one came by to check if the room needed cleaning or if we needed anything.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here at the hotel. The experience was well worth the wait for my birthday vacation
Pros:

I loved the high rise being on the 16th floor with partial view of the ocean and partial view of the city view over looking the airport and fairest wheel

Cons:

The location could be a little closer to the downtown strip where everything is because if your walking it is quite a distance from the hotel to the strip

Overall we had a good experience with reasonable price.
Pros:

Close to the beach.
Breakfast is good.
Garage was so narrow and only 4 floors.
Wrist band $30 if lost, but understandable.
3 elevators.. busy during breakfast.
17 floors, I had a sea view but it felt like ocean front.
Clean rooms, extra towels were available at request.
Full kitchen.
Overall we had a good experience with reasonable price.

Cons:

Dirty mattress but it was replaced.

Will be back...breakfast was banging!

The location and room size was great! Room was clean. Full kitchen. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. Especially Wayne who helped me extend my stay after B**king.c8m could not because the stay was "in progress". Of course, the stay was in progress that's why I need to extend it. Whatever. WAYNE came thru at the front desk. The dining area was nice. You can dine in or order and go down to pick it up. Nice bar area. Lots of room to sit and hang our all around the place. Little bar at the pool was cool. Pool towels are nice. Pool area has a little splash pad area on the side. Cool pool design. One section under the building and one section out. Pool is not enclosed which I found GREAT. No loud noises or hot muggy air. Lots of seating at the pool, under and outside. Fire pit and seating on the side. Walk to beach is short; exit pool area and you are there. No stairs or long wooden dock.

Cons:

Breakfast was cut off early. Be there by 9:00 if you want full selection. At 9:30 it is wrapping up, not at 10. Coffee was not served all day, but it didn't state that it was or wasn't. Similar establishments serve coffee all day which, for the price, seems reasonable and is greatly appreciated by this tired guest.
ELEVATORS were SUPER SLOW!!! We took the stairs except for check in and checkout. We were on 3rd floor so it was not really a big deal...to us. Little kids and parents with all "the things" or if you have mobility issue it would be VERY annoying. Did not like that you had to pay 20/day for the parking deck. I've found this is a common practice now. I think it should be included in the price of the stay. YOU DRIVE THERE you must PARK THERE.
