Cons:

Seit der diesem Jahr hat das Frühstück sehr nachgelassen. Lieblos, geringere Auswahl, mäßige Qualität. Enttäuschend, schade!

Ich habe meine AirPods im Hotel vergessen,seit 2Wochen bitte ich um Rückversand!Nun soll ich per Paypal erstmal Geld bezahlen,bevor man meine Kopfhörer versendet;per Nachname sei es nicht möglich.Jedesmal wenn man dort anruft,landet man bei einem Herren,der nicht mal den Hotelnamen erwähnt!
Dieses Hotel ist wirklich kein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Erkelenz. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage am Bahnhof sehr ruhig. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Klimatisierte Zimmer.

Für 135,-€ und ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet!
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, sofort am Bahnhof!

Betten/Matrazen leider sehr weich !

Cons:

Hohe Treppe zu den Zimmern, sehr gefährlich für den, der Knieprobleme, Rücken oder Hüftprobleme hat!

Leider ein dürftiges Frühstück!
Selbst aufgebackene Brötchen, die nicht schmecken! Wenn man fragte, erst dann wurde alles geholt was zum frühstücken da sein sollte!
