Location, that it was a Hilton, Hilton executive lounge with continental breakfast and waters.

Cons:

The entire week was filled with teens for a young business convention they were super loud day/night and inconsiderate. What made it worse was the elevators not all being fully functional so we dreaded leaving and coming back up to our room everyday.

Pros:

never ever had such a terrible disgusting experience in my life. Absolutely highway robbery as they did not provide what was promised and when I went to complain the person was rude disrespectful and prejudiced beyond belief. Manager would not come out to speak to me. I went online to file a complaint and nothing, I called and they took a message but never reached out. To this day no one has apologized or even tried to find out about the experience. If you are not ok with antisemitism or hate absolutely do not stay at this hotel. Absolutely disgusting treatment

We loved this hotel…mostly because of the lobby bar and their staff. Jose and Karim were amazing!! Very personable!

Location was great! A very short walk to subway, Rockefeller Center and radio city music hall. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Everything great except...
Pros:

Our stay at the Hilton was great! The staff was helpful.and friendly, the room clean and upbeat daily. Cant beat the location, 15 minite walk to all Broadway, Time Square and Central Park activities. The only complaint...The RCI listing states there is a microwave and toaster in the unit. There are not. The hotel kitchen will do these things for you but there isn't anything in the room.

Great staff, limited gluten free options
Pros:

My experience, including with the employees—especially the housekeeping staff, was great! My main problem was the lack of food options for people with allergies in the soup/sandwich place downstairs—I don’t mean snacks…I mean actual food for meals. As someone with a severe gluten allergy and who is extremely sensitive to cross contact, I could not find anything safe to eat the several times I went there except some packaged gluten free crackers, yogurt, or a gluten free cookie. If there were other options available, they were not clearly labeled or advertised enough on the menu to make me feel comfortable eating them. Even with that issue, I would still stay here again. It was centrally located, and the staff was awesome!
