room was a corner bedroom 32nd floor with great views up 6th Ave to central park
bathroom a little on the small side but adequate for our needs
its typically priced
maids done a great job
very little noise
lifts are trying at times due to to upgrades they did offer the service list at times throughout our stay

Having visited over 70 countries and stayed in dozens of Hilton Sf around the world. This is my go to place in New York. Great Executive lounge, beautiful lobby great location and wonderful people. I wanna especially call out Marc from the front desk. who is a superstar..

Herb N’ Kitchen breakfast buffet was excellent! The staff was very kind. Helen was especially nice and helpful! She ensured I had everything I needed! Thank you!

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times since over the years, and sadly the hotel has really gone downhill. Starting with check in. The Hilton Honors line was much slower than the regular line.
The hotel is redoing its elevators and it often took an unreasonable amount of time for an elevator. Seems ridiculous to be servicing elevators during World Cup and July 4th week.

The rooms are really tired. The wallpaper was peeling, the shower was either mildewy Or dirty. You only get wash cloths the first night. Beds are fine though, and we had a refrigerator which was nice.

Everyone seems to get a $35 credit each day which covered a bagel, two coffees and a couple waters. Partially Makes up for the incredibly high taxes on the room.

We had to store our luggage for an hour and we were charged $6 per piece. I have never been in a hotel that charges to store luggage. That's really nickel and diming people.

The location is good, so that's a plus. Seems to be a big hotel for conferences.

Sadly, we won't be staying at this Hilton again.

Breakfast buffet is excellent. High quality meal. Mahbub was wonderful server!

Everything was truly great at this Hilton. The staff were extremely kind and helpful which made my experience even better. When I was in the executive lounge, one staff member in particular named Jenny made my experience the most enjoyable out of every hotel I’ve ever been to. She was very kind, helpful, attentive and just an overall pleasant person to talk to. She is the definition of hospitality and great customer service. Thank you for everything Jenny.

The New York Hilton is centrally located, it is walking distance to most landmark sites of New York City. The rooms has breathtaking views of the skyline of New York City. On my last stay I was able to see the Empire State Building the The Radio City Hall . The service is unrivaled especially from Mei and Mouctar at the Front Desk. They are both very kind and efficient and makes you feel very important -both are very good ambassadors of the Hotel. They are the reason I keep on coming back and keep recommending to my friends and Family. The elevators can be challenging but it is a small price to pay for the kindness of the staff. Highly Recommended!!!

everything was excellent and fabulous we always enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Traveling can be exhausting, especially when you’re far from home. I stopped in for breakfast one morning during my stay at the Hilton Midtown, and Olga completely changed the start of my day.

She was incredibly patient while helping me decide what to order, answered all of my questions with a smile, and made me feel genuinely welcome. What stood out wasn’t just the great service..it was her kindness. She has such a warm, caring personality that she reminded me of someone’s mom who’s always looking out for you. It’s hard to explain, but she made a big city feel a little smaller and a lot more welcoming.

People often remember hotels for the rooms or the location, but I remember that morning because of Olga. She’s the kind of person who leaves an impression long after you’ve finished your coffee and checked out of your room.

Thank you, Olga, for making a visitor from across the country feel so welcome. I hope the hotel knows what a special person they have.

Jose M. Flores was the sweetest man! He always had a smile when I went to the Herb Kitchen and it made me come back every morning to get my coffee! We loved our service there and the vibes it created at the hotel for our stay!

Jose (M. Flores) served me several times over the course of my stay and was not only friendly but incredibly efficient which made a huge difference when I was crushed for time.

Had an excellent experience. I particularly enjoyed my experience with breakfast. Our server was Mahbub, he was lovely and made sure we had everything we need

Went to breakfast and mahbub helped a lot and was very kind.

Call the front desk. Are we out eating to fix a problem with our room and the first guy hung up on us. The second person tried to transfer to the front desk, but said that the front desk told them that we have to go back to the hotel wait in the check-in line to speak to somebody they would not answer the phone. Very poor experience since we’re having a problem everybody avoided talking to us.
The elevator situation really was awful. I waited for a elevator for 15 minutes and when it came up, it was full so I had to wait for another 15 minutes.
