Hotel Imagine Kyoto was really well set up for families. We were really surprised by the facilities that were available to make family stays easier, such as a communal kitchen area to make meals, board games and toys for the kids to play with (including a mini air hockey table!), and a rooftop lounge area. They also had free yukata rental for use at the hotel. The location was fantastic; so close to Kyoto station, making it very easy to travel to the sights. There was also a number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very modern, clean and spacious as well.

Staff were super friendly and informative. Great amenities, spacious bathroom with great shower pressure and a deep bath. Kids loved sleeping on the fouton beds and they were comfortable and large aream

Super nice and spacious room, far nicer than I had expected - it exactly matched the photos. Very friendly owner and staff, located just minutes from Kyoto station but still very quiet, and lots of small restaurants in the area.
Very clean and everything seemed new, great facilities like washing machines, a common area, nice entrance. In short, this is the perfect place to stay in Kyoto, and at an extremely reasonable price.
We love Japanese style room, spacious, clean. The hotel staff was incredible nice and helpful. You need 5 min to get to the train station. In the lobby you can find coffee and tea. Futons were comfy.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone coming to Kyoto! We were all brought to tears by the lovely workers who even upgraded us to the best room! Genuinely have never had such great hospitality and service ever at a hotel like this one here! The room was very perfectly sized for a group, had great aircon and a big bathroom!! Also had a very nice rooftop area you could use at any time! 100% coming back here on our next kyoto visit!

Wow. Hotel room in "zen style" - you can really relax. Staff very firendly. Parking around so easy to travel by car. Kimono rental possible for free for guests - nice adventure. Perfect place in Kyoto.
