Super comfort
Pros:

Nos encantó. Si volvemos, sin duda repetiríamos en este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo 5 minutos de la estación. Las habitaciones son nuevas y muy limpias, y las camas, súper cómodas. El servicio de lavandería está genial.
También nos gustó mucho el lobby, amplio y con cocina, muy práctico. Y el personal, un diez: siempre disponible y muy amable.

Amazing staff and property! Close to station and everyone was kind helpful and welcoming. Really nice stay in Kyoto , wish we would have stayed longer.

Pros:

Clever designed rooms and fantastic staff. Good location.

Cons:

Pillows needed to be replaced and after a few days it was difficult to keep getting up off the floor. Needs a full length mirror

Friendly, trendy, clean and we want to come back!
Pros:

Firstly the location was so convenient. I think it took us 5 mins to walk there from the station. The staff were charming - so friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were great and so clean. There was plenty of merchandise too which was hard to resist. The rooms were clean and neat and the bedding was very high quality - the pillows were better than I have at home! We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and we hope to come back

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t have time to check out the roof garden which looked great in the photos

Spacious, spotless traditional stay near Kyoto Station with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Location location location. The hotel is in perfect location. Walkable from station. The vibe and rooms are amazing. Well maintained, spacious rooms. Excellent customer service.

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable with all modern bathroom facilities.
The space was perfect for our family and the hotel made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend and definitely will stay again. The owner was so lovely, had a great chat with him and made a great family friendly dinner recommendation.

Cons:

Nothing! The hotel was fabulous.
