Older property, well located
Pros:

This property is well located for activities in downtown Pasadena. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quite standard; some, including ours, had a nice view of the nearby hills and mountains.

My one complaint was that the room had poor lighting. The bulbs produced a low level of light, so even with all the lamps on, the room was sort of dim. This problem compounded as I was reading in bed before I went to sleep. The lamp on my side of the bed didn't produce enough light to read. I've traveled quite a bit and this was a first for me. The light on the other side of the bed (where my companion was reading) was better.

Rosie & team made for a wonderful stay...
Pros:

In town just for a short time, but my stay is leaving me with a wonderful impression of Pasadena--in particular: the people! From the valets out front to the front desk staff, and especially to Rosie who delivered room service (fast! kind! delicious food!) I am grateful.
