Perfect stay with the family. Very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the dining area. Felt safe knowing only hotel key holders can use the elevator. Room service was great.

Cons:

Pricy little store.

Walkable, clean, & safe.
Pros:

This is a very nice property situated in a prime location. Pasadena is immensely walkable, with the Metro about 10-minute walk away (with inclines).

Our room was clean with a nice view of the mountains, however I do wish housekeeping serviced more often during our week-long stay.

For our trip, we had to commute to downtown LA frequently, so expect a 45mins train ride and 15-30mins car ride (it changes depending on traffic).

For exploring Pasadena, this was a great stay. It was safe, clean, quiet, and easy to navigate. If you enjoy walking, this is a great option for you.

Cons:

The hotel food—which we had to choose because of holidays closures—was not good and very overpriced. If you’re staying and planning on eating, make note of the service fees, which are already included.

Great stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to Old Pasadena and 25 minute walk to the Norton Simon Museum. Front desk and bar staff was great and Rosie was delightful with my room service.

オールドタウンに徒歩でアクセスできるロケーションが良かった。部屋にホテルにしては大きめの冷蔵庫があった。また部屋の窓からの眺めが良く、ゆっくりとくつろぐことができた。

Cons:

バスタブがあればさらに良かった。
